المستخلص: The media is the tributary from which the individual draws his information about the various issues in the society in which he lives, and the press is one of these important means that helps the public to realize various issues and then increase their awareness of them, especially with the interest of large numbers of the public in this important means, where it adds This medium is a lot of enriching information that the public can return to at any time, in addition to the many psychological and social impacts it exercises. There are many factors that affect the construction of the agenda for journalistic treatment and make issues and actions important and give them priority, whether this priority is for the media or among the public. Among these factors are economic, political, social and other factors. According to the results of the analytical study of the Iraqi newspapers, the sample of the study, the newspapers presented all the issues dealt with by the House of Representatives, and the issue of terrorism came in the forefront with a high percentage in the three newspapers under study. - The results of the study show that the newspapers were exposed to all the effective and influential forces in the House of Representatives, and the clerics and references came in the forefront, with a good percentage in the newspapers, the study sample. - 71.4% of the respondents reside in owned housing, while 28.6% of them reside in rented housing. - 47.9% of the respondents always read newspapers, while the other percentages varied.
