المستخلص: يتناول هذا البحث أسلوبا من الأساليب النحوية التي أولاها النحاة اهتمامهم وإن جاءت عناصره متناثرة في كتب النحو. وقد وسمته ب أسلوب الشرط في ديوان الموشحات الأندلسية. دراسة وصفية تحليلية. وقد قامت على الموشحات الأندلسية كثير من الدراسات الأدبية والبلاغية، وندر منها ما اهتم بالجانب اللغوي والنحوي، فأردت من خلال هذا البحث استكشاف سمات الجانب التركيبي، والدلالي لأسلوب الشرط في الموشحات من خلال ديوان الموشحات الأندلسية. وقد اتكأ البحث على المنهج الإحصائي، الذي مكنه من استقصاء أدوات الشرط الجازمة وغير الجازمة في الديوان كاملا، ثم دنا من المنهج الوصفي الذي تم من خلاله تصنيف أسلوب الشرط إلى أنماط تتفرع إلى أشكال، وقد لا تتفرع. ثم عرج على المنهج التحليلي الذي اعتمد عليه في تحليل أركان الأسلوب الأساسية، ووصف ما يعترض أحدا أركانه من ذكر وحذف، وتقديم وتأخير؛ حتى تمكن من الوقوف على أهم سماته التركيبية والدلالية. ثم تم مقابلة نتائج التحليل على قواعد النحاة واللغويين؛ للحكم على استخدام الوشاحين تلك الأدوات، هل جاءت وفق ما أقروه أم كان هناك عدول. وقد جاء البحث في تمهيد وفصلين، تناولت في التمهيد: التعريف بديوان الموشحات الأندلسية وأهميته. ومعنى الشرط، وأهم أكانه. ثم تناولت في الفصل الأول أدوات الشرط الجازمة. وخصصت الفصل الثاني لأدوات الشرط غير الجازمة. ثم جاءت الخاتمة مشتملة على أهم النتائج.

This research is discussing a style of grammatical methods that the grammarians gave it their attention, despite of its splashing in the book of grammar. I have named it the style of the condition in the Diwan of the Andalusian Muwashahat. Many of the literary and rhetorical studies have established their basis on the Andalusian Muwashahat, but the ones that dealt with the linguistic and grammatical aspect wear found to be quite rare. So, in this research I wanted to explore the structural and semantic aspects of the conditional style in the Muwashahat through the Diwan of the Andalusian Muwashahat. This research is based on the statistical approach, which enabled it in the whole Diwan to restrict the assertive and non-assertive condition tools, Then it approached the descriptive method by which the conditional style was classified into patterns that branch into shapes, and it also may not branch as well. Then it moved to deal with the analytical method that it relied on in analyzing the basic pillars of the style and describing what may happen with one of the pillars such as mentioning and not mentioning, rendering and delaying, until it reached Its most important structural and semantic features. The results were then compared to the rules of the grammarians and linguists, to judge the using of the people of the Mowashahat to these tools, whether it's compatible with what they said or not. The research is presented through an abstract and two chapters. In the abstract I gave a summary about the Andalusian Muwashahat Diwan, its importance, the meaning of the Condition, and its most important pillars. Then in the first chapter, I clarified the assertive tools and I devoted the second chapter to clarify the non-assertive tools. Then came the conclusion containing the most important results.
