المستخلص:	The idea of transformation, which was defined by Islamic legislation and contemporary legal thought, represents a form of legitimate treatment of the false actions of avoiding some of the actions taken by the administration from the penalty of absolute nullity and reducing the magnitude of its effect to the transformation of the wrong act or contract into a correct act or contract.
