المستخلص: The Arab Gulf Countries faces a number of economic problems and challenges, the most important of which is how to best deal with the current dependence on oil revenues. The other challenge is how to rationalize the public expenditure and how to increase public revenues and diversify their sources. In addition to the challenge of high population growth in Arab Gulf Countries. the research aims to Treatment these problems and to identify Means of challenges facing by diversifying economic activities through increased agricultural, industrial and service production. and rationalizing public expenditure, and increasing public revenues and diversifying its sources, with increasing exports and attracting investments to increase growth and achieve economic and social development.
