متطلبات تطوير برامج إعداد الباحثين في العصر الرقمي

المستخلص: استهدفت هذه الدراسة الكشف عن أهم متطلبات تطوير برامج إعداد الباحثين في ضوء انعكاسات العصر الرقمي على البحث العلمي كما يراها الخبراء التربويون. ولتحقيق هذا الهدف الرئيس، تم أولا استقراء أبرز الانعكاسات التي يفرضها العصر الرقمي على البحث العلمي، والتي تمثلت في: تعدد قواعد المعلومات وشبكاتها، إثراء فكر الباحثين وتجويد البحث العلمي، تطوير فنيات وتقنيات البحث العلمي، الاهتمام بالنشر الإلكتروني للبحث العلمي، الاهتمام بالمؤتمرات وحلقات النقاش الإلكترونية، تغير النظرة إلى البحث العلمي كأساس للتقدم والترتيب العالمي. وفي ضوء هذه الانعكاسات، تم بناء قائمة بمتطلبات تطوير برامج إعداد الباحثين. وقد شملت هذه القائمة خمسة محاور شملت: المتطلبات الخاصة بأهداف برامج إعداد الباحثين، المتطلبات الخاصة بمحتوى برامج إعداد الباحثين، المتطلبات الخاصة بأدوار أعضاء هيئة التدريس في مرحلة الدراسات العليا، المتطلبات الخاصة باستراتيجيات التعلم والتعليم وأساليب التقويم في مرحلة الدراسات العليا، المتطلبات الخاصة بالخدمات البحثية والتسهيلات المكتبية الداعمة لبرامج إعداد الباحثين. وللتأكد من أهمية هذه المتطلبات، استطلع الباحث آراء (22) خبيراً تربوياً من مختلف التخصصات التربوية ببعض الجامعات العربية. وقد أوضح تحليل نتائج استطلاع الرأي موافقة جميع الخبراء على جميع المتطلبات بدرجة كبيرة جداً، وبنسبة تتراوح من (86.2%) إلى (98.2%).

This study aimed at uncovering the most important require¬ments of developing researchers’ preparation programs in light of the re¬flections of the digital age on scientific research as seen by educational experts. To achieve this main objective, the researcher first explored the most important reflections of the digital age on scientific research. These reflections included: the multiplicity of data bases and networks, enriching the researchers’ thought and improving scientific research, the development of scientific research techniques, the interest in electronic publishing of sci-entific research, the interest in e-conferences and e-seminars, and changing the look to scientific research as a basis for progress and global order. In light of these reflections, a list of requirements of developing the research-ers’ preparation programs was developed. The list included five fields: the requirements of the objectives of the researchers’ preparation programs, the requirements of the contents of the researchers’ preparation programs, the requirements of the roles of the faculty members in the postgraduate stage, the requirements of the learning strategies and the methods of evaluation at the postgraduate level, and the requirements of research services and facilities supporting the researchers’ preparation programs. To ascertain the importance of these requirements, the researcher surveyed the opinions of (22) educational experts from various educational specializations in some Arab universities. The analysis of the results of the survey indicated that all the experts agreed to all the requirements very significantly, with a percent-age ranging from 86.2% 98.2%.
