الحمد لله وحده، والصلاة والسلام على من لا نبي بعده ... وبعد: فموضوع هذا البحث هو: (أثر القواعد الأصولية في استنباط الأحكام من النصوص الشرعية – آيات الطلاق أنموذجاً) وأما محتواه فقد اشتمل البحث إجمالاً على مقدمة، وتمهيد، وتسعة من المباحث التطبيقية، وخاتمة، وفهرس تضمن قائمة المصادر والمراجع لهذا البحث. أما المقدمة: فتضم أسباب اختياري للموضوع وأهميته، وكذلك المنهج الذي سرت عليه في البحث، مع خطة إجمالية لموضوعات البحث وأهدافه. ويشتمل التمهيد على التعريف بمصطلحات البحث في إيجاز واختصار، وبيان علاقة التطبيقات الأصولية بالطلاق، وأثرها في ضبط أحكامه. أما مباحث البحث فهي تتناول تطبيق الأحكام المستنبطة من آيات الطلاق على القواعد الأصولية، وقد بلغ مجموع هذه الآيات ست عشرة آية، وذلك بحسب ما ظهر لي، وقد تم توزيعها على تسعة مباحث بحسب الموضوعات الإجمالية الجامعة لها، وقد قدمت في كل مبحث من هذه المباحث تقريراً مفصلا تضمن شرح الآية بإختصار، ثم النظر إلى الشاهد من النص، وذكر القواعد الأصولية التي تضبط استنباط أحكامه، ثم ختمت البحث بخاتمة اشتملت على أهم النتائج، وكان من أبرزها: أهمية القواعد الأصولية الضابطة لاستنباط الأحكام من نصوص الوحيين: الكتاب والسنة، وضرورة الاهتمام بها، وتقديم المزيد من التطبيقات في ضوئهما والبحث في موضوعاتهما... هذا والحمد لله أولا وآخراً، وصلى الله على نبينا محمد وعلى آله وصحبه وسلم.

After: The theme of this research is: ‘'Fundamental Applications on the Verses of Divorce in the Holy Quran” As for its content the research included an introduction. a preface. nine practical investi¬gations. a conclusion. and an index that included a list of sources and references for this research. The introduction includes optional reasons for the subject and its importance. as well as the approach that it took in the research, with an overall plan of the research topics and objectives The introduction includes brief and abbreviated search terms. The research is the fundamental applications of the verses of divorce in the Holy Quran, the total of these verses sixteen verses according to what appeared to me. it was divided into nine subjects according to the total subjects of the university. has teen listed under each section of this investigation report including explanation The verse in short, arid then look at the witness of the text, and mentioned the possessions of the Fundamental Funda¬mental to him, which included the rules and fundamental benefits in each verse. The research concluded with a conclusion that included the most important results. The importance of fundamentalist applications on the texts of the Qur’an and the Sunnah, and the need to pay attention to them; to present more applications in light of them and to explore their subjects Praise be to Allaah.
