إن قوام الدين الإسلامي الحنيف في حسن المعاملة، ومكارم الأخلاق اللذين يقومان على التعاون وعلى البر والتقوى، ومنهما يتجلى الإحسان إلى الجار وإكرامه والقيام بحقوقه، ولأهمية هذا الأمر فقد وردت مشروعيته في القرآن الكريم والسنة النبوية الشريفة. وقد تمحورت خطة البحث في مقدمة ومبحثين وخاتمة، تضمنت المقدمة، أهمية البحث، والدراسات السابقة، وخطة البحث ومنهجه، وخصص المبحث الأول لبيان مفهوم الجار وحقوقه، وأفرد الثاني لذكر الأحاديث النبوية التي وردت في حقوق الجار، وفضل حسن الجوار، وتضمنت الخاتمة: أهم نتائج البحث، وتوصياته، واعتمد البحث على المنهج العلمي الاستقرائي في تتبع الأحاديث التي وردت في الجار وحقوقه، ومن ثم قمت بتخريج الأحاديث مع الحكم عليها مردفا لأقوال أهل العلم إذا كان الحديث خارج الصحيحين، أما إذا كان في الصحيحين أو أحدهما فأكتفى بالإشارة إليهما، وتمثلت النتائج في: أن الجار هو كل من جاور بدون التمييز بين دين أو عرق، وأن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم ربط بين كمال الإيمان وبين الإحسان إلى الجار، وتمثلت التوصيات في: نشر التوعية بحقوق الجار وفضل الجوار من خلال إقامة المحاضرات والدورات العلمية في المدارس والجامعات والمساجد ووسائل التواصل الاجتماعي، وإقامة مراكز للأحياء في المدن الكبيرة.
The inmost core of the Islamic religion is in good treatment and the honorable morals, which are based on cooperation, righteousness and piety, and from which kindness to the neighbor, honoring him and fulfilling his rights spring. It is for its great importance that such a topic has been repeatedly mentioned in the Holy Qur’an and the Honourable Prophetic Sunnah. Research plan: The research plan includes the introduction and conclusion, and between them are two research topics, as follows: The first topic: the concept of the neighbor and his rights. The second topic: The prominent prophetic hadiths that were mentioned on the rights of the neighbour and the virtue of good neighbourliness. The research relied on the inductive scientific method in tracing the hadiths that were mentioned on the neighbour and his rights. Hence, I investigated the verification and acceptance of the hadiths referring to the sayings of hadith scholars in case they were not from the Two Sahihs, and only referring to the ones from the Two Sahihs. Results: 1- That the neighbour is anyone living beside with no discrimination based on religion or race 2- The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, linked the perfection of faith with kindness to one's neighbour. Recommendations: 1-Spreading awareness of the rights of the neighbour and the greatness of neighbourhood by organising lectures, and informative educational seminars in schools, universities, mosques and in social media. 2-Establishing awareness centers in big cities.
