|a تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على أوضاع المسئولية الاجتماعية للشركات والدور الذي يمكن أن تلعبه الشركات في مواجهة جائحة كورونا، والتعرف على مدى استجابة الشركات لمسؤولياتها الاجتماعية في ظل الأزمات، وكذا معرفة الأهمية التي تمثلها المسؤولية الاجتماعية في منهاج عمل الشركات ضمن إطار المجتمع المحيط، والتحقق من مبدأ التوافق في المسؤولية الاجتماعية بين الحقوق والواجبات، ومدى مساهمة الشركات مع أفراد المجتمع في التصدي ومجابهة انتشار فيروس كورونا المستجد. اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي مستعينة بأسلوب دراسة الحالة مع تطبيق دليل مقابلة على بعض المسؤولين المختصين ببرنامج المسؤولية الاجتماعية في الشركتين اللتين تم اختيارهما من أجل التطبيق الميداني للدراسة، وهما المتمثلتان في: مجموعة سيراميكا كليوباترا-ومجموعة من النساجون الشرقيون، وقد أسفرت الدراسة عن مجموعة من النتائج أهمها: 1-الفهم الواضح لمفهوم وأبعاد وأهمية تبني المسؤولية الاجتماعية من جانب الشركتين عينة الدراسة. 2-وجود اختلافات حول رؤى مسؤولي الشركتين فيما يخص أساليب تطبيق وممارسة أنشطة المسؤولية الاجتماعية. 3-أفادت نتائج المقابلات ضرورة التضافر مع جهود الدولة ومنظمات المجتمع المدني خاصة في ظل الأزمات، وهي الجهود التي تتبدى في التصدي لجائحة كورونا. 4-بينت النتائج إعطاء أهمية منح الأولوية-في هذا الوقت الراهن-للحفاظ على الصحة العامة للعمال والمواطنين والخروج من أزمة جائحة كورونا دون النظر إلى الأرباح. 5-أفادت النتائج عن عدم الإفصاح من جانب عينة الدراسة عن حجم تمويل أنشطة المسؤولية الاجتماعية بوجه عام، مع ذكر ما أنفق في أزمة كورونا فقط، بالرغم من وجود خطة سنوية للمسؤولية الاجتماعية حسب ما ذكر المسؤولون.

|b This study aims to identify the conditions of corporate social responsibility and the role that companies can play in the face of the Corona pandemic, to identify the extent to which companies respond to their social responsibilities in the context of crises, as well as to know the importance of social responsibility in the platform of work of companies within the framework of the surrounding society, and to verify the principle of compatibility of social responsibility between rights and duties, and the extent to which companies contribute with members of society in addressing the spread of the new corona virus. The study adopted the descriptive analytical method using the method of case study with the application of corresponding evidence to officials within the companies sample study represented by the Group of Ceramica Cleopatra - and the group of eastern weavers, the study resulted in a set of results, the most important of which: 1- A clear understanding of the concept, dimensions and importance of adopting social responsibility by the two companies sample the study. 2- There are differences about the visions of the officials of the two companies regarding the methods of application and practice of social responsibility activities. 3- The results of the interviews indicated the need to combine with the efforts of the state and civil society organizations, especially in the light of crises and the response to the Corona pandemic. 4- The results showed that priority has been given at this time to maintain the overall health of workers and citizens and get out of the corona pandemic crisis without looking at profits. 5- The results reported that the study sample did not disclose the extent of funding for csr activities in general, with only what was spent in the Corona crisis, despite an annual social responsibility plan, the officials said.
