الحمد لله رب العالمين، والصلاة والسلام على المبعوث رحمة للعالمين، نبينا محمد وعلى آله وصحبه أجمعين. أما بعد: الإنسان في حياته ينتمي إلى دوائر إنسانية متعددة تتكامل ولا تتناقض، هذه الدوائر لم يأت الإسلام ليلغيها تماما ولا لينتقص شيئا منها على حساب الأخر فالإسلام ليس دين قبيلة ولا وطن ولا جنس قومي خاص، ولكنه أيضا لم يلغ اعتبارات هذه الدوائر التي يمثل كل منها حاجة معينة للناس، بل أعطى كلا منها توجيهات تهذيبية تؤكد الفضائل وتنفي الرذائل، وبما أن الإسلام دين الله للبشر، فقد جعل قيمته الكبرى. وهي العبودية لله. حاكمة على تلك الدوائر كلها، صابغة إياها بصبغة الإسلام المتميزة، مما يجعل تلك الدوائر متآلفة فيما بينها دون تشاكس تبعا لوحدة القيم الموجهة لها. فالانتماء الوطني لم يأخذ حقه المطلوب ولم يؤصل في النفوس، والمسلم المتشبع بقيم دينه وروح تعاليمه لا يمكن إلا أن يكون مواطنا مسؤولا ومتضامنا مع مواطنيه وغيورا على وطنه فمن جعل وطنه مفصولا عن أحكام الشرع الإسلامي فقد أخطا، ومن كان وطنه أحب إليه من الله ورسوله فقد خالف الكتاب والسنة. ومع هذا الوضوح في أهمية الانتماء والحاجة إليه، يرى المتتبع غياب مظاهره في كثير من الجوانب، وضعف التمسك به في مختلف الميادين، مع شيوع التساهل فيه. من هنا تبرز أهمية دراسة المعوقات والعقبات التي تصرف المسلمين عن انتمائهم لأوطانهم، عسى أن تتنبه لها الأنظار، ويعمل المسلمون جميعا على معالجتها ودفعها، كل في مجال تخصصه، ومن الثغر الذي يقف عليه. ولأجل ذلك كانت هذه الدراسة "معوقات الانتماء الوطني دراسة في ضوء كتب الحديث الستة" جزءا من متطلبات درجة الماجستير في قسم الحديث وعلومه، وما دفعني إليها أسباب منها: 1. التأكيد على حق الوطن في الإسلام من منطلق النصوص الشرعية. 2. إبراز أهمية الالتفاف حول القيادة الشرعية وترابط الموطنين وتماسكهم. 3. إبراز دور المرأة في تعزيز الانتماء. 4. أن هذا البحث جديد في بابه فلم أقف على دراسة لهذا الموضوع في الحديث الشريف وقد نهجت في هذا البحث منهج الاستقراء والتحليل.
Praise be to Allah, Lord of the Worlds, and prayers and peace envoy to the mercy to the worlds, our Prophet Muhammad and upon his family and companion. Dear readers: Human in hisher life belongs to multiple humanitarian circles that are complement and not contradict with each other, these circles, Islam did not come to abolish it, or to detract any of it on the expense of the other because Islam is not one tribe or one country or even one specific nationality religion, but also did not abolish the considerations of these circles which each of it represent a particular need for people, it gave each of it directives that confirmed virtues and denies vices, since that Islam is the religion of GodAllah to humans, it has made the Servitude to GodAllah governor all those circles, giving it the fingerprints of Islam which makes those circles go in harmony with each other depending on its unit-oriented values. So the national affiliation did not take its suitable place in people’s heart, And the real Muslim who follow the lessons of his religion cannot be anyone but the citizen who is responsible and in solidarity with other citizens and loves his country to the bone and those who made their homeland disconnected from the provisions of Islam have erred, and those who their country was dearer to them from GodAllah and his messenger have violated the Quran and Sunnah. With this clarity in the importance and need for affiliation, reader sees the absence of manifestations in many aspects, and feel the weakness of upheld in various fields, with the prevalence tolerated. From here it comes the importance of studying the constraints and obstacles that distract Muslims from their affiliation to their home countries, hoping for mindful attention, and asking for all the Muslims work to address this issue, in their respective areas of specialization, and the position that they own. And for this purpose this study came "Impediments to the national Affiliation: study in the light of the six books of hadith", part of the requirements for a master's degree in the Department of Hadith and its Sciences, and the reasons behind this study are: 1. Emphasis on the nation's rights in Islam in terms of religious texts. 2. Highlight the importance of rally around the legitimate leadership and the interdependence of citizens and their cohesion. 3. Highlighting the role of women in promoting affiliation. 4. This research is a new one that did not came from any study of the holly Hadith, and I pursued in this research introspective approach and analysis.
