المستخلص: The scientific community paid attention to human health and disease prevention and its spread in the environment where geographic health concerns are to reduce the size of the disease problem so that it does not become a deadly epidemic. The study examined the protective criteria for a healthy environment with its Islamic perspective, the role of the environment and its importance in activating disease factors and its spread among the population. The role of those standards in limiting the spread of diseases and reducing them to what is known as quarantine. The study aimed to address the concept of health and the environment and its topics and focus on the environmental health axis in accordance with the Islamic standard and the efforts of Muslim scholars in limiting epidemics and explaining the role of environments and their impact on human health and activity through the relationship between geographical factors Natural, human and public health, The importance of the study came by presenting the concepts of prevention and preserving the Islamic environment from pollutants to be fit for safe and healthy housing and the role of the Prophet (may God bless him and grant him peace) and Muslim physicians by establishing and achieving this, The study reached results, including the fact that Islam is a pioneer in its preventive accomplishments by its healthy practices in the life-giving behavior of a Muslim, and then reviewing the studies dealing with preventive medicine and environmental health and their indicators in the Qur’an and the Sunnah of the Prophet, as well as the achievements of Muslim doctors for the legacy of neighboring nations and their valuable additions to providing medical schools, building hospitals in the Islamic world, and producing results that are compatible with the environmental health precedent in Islam compared to modern medicine for centuries.
