"لَنْ يُفْلِحَ قَوْمٌ وَلَّوْا أَمْرَهُمُ امْرأَةً" دراسة حديثية فقهية. خطة البحث: يتكون البحث من مقدمة، وفصلين، وخاتمة، وفهارس. المقدمة: وتحتوي على أهمية الموضوع، وأسباب اختياره، وأهداف البحث، ومشكلته، والدراسات السابقة، وخطته، والمنهج المتبع فيه. الفصل الأول: وفيه دراسة حديثية فقهية من ناحية السند والمتن والاستنباط واستخلاص الحكم. الفصل الثاني: وفيه أبرز الشبهات المثارة حول الحديث والرد عليها. الخاتمة: وفيها أهم نتائج البحث والتي منها لابد من الحذر من التأويل العقلاني للنصوص الشرعية بما يوافق الهوى.

|b Hadith: "A people who make a women their ruler will never be successful". A Doctrinal and Hadith Study. Research plan: The research consists of an introduction, two chapters, a conclusion, and an index of sources and references. Introduction: It contains the importance of the topic, the reasons for choosing it, the research objectives, problems, plan, previous studies and the methodology. The First Chapter: It includes the hadith study in terms of the citation (Isnad), text review (Almatan) the elicitation and the judgment conclusion. Chapter Two: It contains the most prominent suspicions raised about the hadith and the responses to it. Conclusion: It contains the most important results of the research, among of which the necessity to beware of rational interpretation of texts in accordance with whims and desires. I ask God to benefit us with what have been taught us and to teach us what would benefit us and to make what we taught an argument for us, not an argument against us God bless Muhammad and his family and companions.
