The results of solid studies confirmed in field and descriptively the importance of the role of the social researcher in the school, in return for that, indicating that the effects of extremist thought and illiteracy in moderation have their indicators on the reality of Arab youth, inferred a historical method and an analytical description, and that the field research sample is composed of the educational staff from the top of his hierarchy To the youngest teaching professional, and through meetings, workshops and an opinion table's group group, they emphasized that the shock that the Nineveh governorate was subjected to during the control of the takfiri groups after 2014 AD was not only control of the land and society, but went beyond that to control all institutions in an organized manner with the aim of spreading and imposing Its ideology, including the educational institution, starting from its highest level which is the Nineveh Education Directorate, down to the smallest administrative and educational unit, which is the school. It has become clear through the rapid extrapolation of the results that the social researcher has become one of the urgent necessities in civic education in the school through an administrative structure and an integrated program whose content is behavior al, educational and religious instructions for the ideology that it adopted in the demise of the balance of social values and norms that are the basis of civility, moderation and cohesion of society and its strength that request the enactment of laws that legislate the importance of the social researcher for the purpose of combating illiteracy of moderation and extremism.

(الذين لا ينظرون إلى اضطرابات الحاضر فقط، ولكن أيضا على ما سيقع منها في المستقبل, ويتأهبون له قبل وقوعه، فما يمكن التنبؤ به يمكن علاجه بسهولة, أما إذا انتظرنا إلى أن داهمنا المخاطر، فسيصبح العلاج متأخرا عن موعده وتستعصي العلة) (ميكافيلي: الأمير) تلكم هي علة نينوى العراقية إذ بان سيطرة الجماعات المسلحة عليها ونشر فكرها المتطرف والذي انتج أمية في ثقافة الاعتدال والسلوك المتطرف في مدارسها على عكس الثقافة المدنية في المؤسسة التربوية فكان المنهج التاريخي ضرورة فرضت نفسها في معرفة الأحداث وكفيلة بإعطاء عن جذور الفكر المتطرف وإحداثها مدعومة بوسائل وآليات منها اجتماعات وورش العمل, المقابلة وطرح الأسئلة على جماعة التراكيز لتحليلها منهجيا مما يكسب الدراسة مساهمته النظرية ومن خلال إلقاء الضوء على المؤسسة التربوية خلال وبعد سيطرة القوى المتطرفة عليها يقابله مساهمة تطبيقية تتمثل في إحياء مشروع الباحث الاجتماعي في المدرسة كوسيلة فعالة في مكافحة الفكر المتطرف من خلال المؤسسة التربوية المتمثلة بالمدرسة التي تبرمج المدنية على أنها ثقافة مكتسبة ونتاجه الشخص المدني الذي تقابله الاعتدال في الثقافة والسلوك والالتزام بالإحكام القيمية. أن نتائج دراسات رصينة أكدت ميدانيا ووصفيا على أهمية دور الباحث الاجتماعي في المدرسة مقابل ذلك فإن تشير بان أثار الفكر المتطرف والأمية في الاعتدال لها مؤشراتها على واقع الشباب العربي استدلالا منهاجا تاريخيا ووصفا تحليليا، كما وإن عينة البحث الميداني هذا المكون من الكادر التربوي من قمة هرمه إلى أصغر مهني تدريسي ومن خلال الاجتماعات وورش العمل ومجموعة التراكيز أكدوا على أن الصدمة أو الهزة التي تعرضت إليها محافظة نينوى خلال سيطرة الجماعات التكفيرية بعد 2014م لم تكن سيطرة على الأرض والمجتمع فحسب بل تعدى ذلك إلى السيطرة على كافة المؤسسات وبشكل منظم غاية في نشر وفرض أيديولوجيتها وضمنها المؤسسة التربوية بدءا من أعلى مستوى لها وهي مديرية تربية نينوى نزولا إلى أصغر وحدة إدارية وتربوية ألا وهي المدرسة. لقد بات واضحا من خلال الاستقراء السريع للنتائج أنه أصبح الباحث الاجتماعي من الضرورات الملحة في التربية المدنية في المدرسة من خلال هيكلية إدارية وبرنامج متكامل مضمونه الإرشاد السلوكي الإرشاد التربوي الإرشاد الديني مقابل الأيديولوجية التي اعتمدتها فيزوال موازنة القيم والمعايير الاجتماعية التي هي أساس المدنية والاعتدال وتماسك المجتمع وقوته والتي تتطلب سن القوانين الخاصة بتشريع أهمية الباحث الاجتماعي لغرض مكافحة أمية الاعتدال والتطرف.
