المستخلص: The pandemic situation in 2020 highlighted the unavoidable need for the digital revolution, for civil society and private enterprise. In recent years, digitization has shaken the realm of justice through the Mahakim application at first, and has also managed to be a powerful tool within the courts, through the videoconferencing hearing in full confinement and to do justice. Based on a pragmatic approach, this research is accentuated on the need for digitization in the law firm and clarifies the issue of the robot lawyer.

La situation pandémique en 2020 a mis en exergue le besoin incontournable a la révolution numérique, pour la société civile et l’entreprise privée. Au cours des dernière années, la numérisation a ébranlé le domaine de la justice à travers l’application Mahakim en premier temps, et est parvenue en deuxième temps à être un outil performant au sein des tribunaux, à travers l’audience par visioconférence en plein confinement et à rendre justice. En s’appuyant sur une approche pragmatique, Cette recherche met en avant la nécessité de la numérisation dans le cabinet d’avocat et clarifie la question de l’avocat robot.
