المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة مستوى المشكلات النفسية والاجتماعية وعلاقتها بقلق المستقبل لدى المراهقين الملتحقين بالمؤسسات الإيوائية في الضفة الغربية، وتقصي الفروق في متوسطات المشكلات النفسية والاجتماعية وقلق المستقبل تبعاً لمتغيرات: الجنس، وسبب الحرمان، والعمر، وفترة الحرمان. اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي التحليلي، واختيرت عينة الدراسة بالطريقة العشوائية الطبقية، وضمت (385) مراهقاً، منهم (191) من الذكور، و(194) من الإناث، وتتراوح أعمارهم ما بين (13-16) عاما، طبق عليهم مقياس المشكلات النفسية والاجتماعية، ومقياس قلق المستقبل. أظهرت النتائج أن المشكلات النفسية والاجتماعية لدى المراهقين الملتحقين بالمؤسسات الإيوائية في الضفة الغربية كان منخفضاً؛ إذ بلغ متوسط النسب المئوية لاستجاباتهم (47%)، وكان مستوى قلق المستقبل لديهم منخفضاً أيضاً، بمتوسط للنسب المئوية (51%). كما بينت النتائج عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائياً في متوسطات المشكلات النفسية والاجتماعية وقلق المستقبل لدى المراهقين الملتحقين بالمؤسسات الإيوائية في الضفة الغربية باختلاف: الجنس، أو سبب الحرمان، أو فترة الحرمان، باستثناء وجود فروق في بعد قلق الرؤية للحياة لصالح الإناث، وبعد القلق من الفشل في المستقبل لصالح سبب الحرمان المتعلق بفقدان أحد الوالدين والفترة الأدنى للحرمان من (10-12) عاما. وبينت النتائج وجود علاقة خطية موجبة وقوية بين الدرجة الكلية للمشكلات النفسية والاجتماعية وقلق المستقبل وأبعاد كل منهما، باستثناء بعد المشكلات الاجتماعية مع بعد القلق من الفشل في المستقبل.

This study aimed to recognize the level of psychological and social problems and their relationship with future anxiety among adolescents enrolled in the West Bank residential institutions. The study also aimed at investigating the differences in each according to the variables of: Gender, reason of deprivation, age and type of care in the institution. The researcher adopted the descriptive associative approach, by applying psychological and social problems, and the future anxiety scales on a random stratified sample of 385 chosen adolescents, 191 males and 194 females, their ages ranged between 13-16 years. The results showed that the psychological and social problems among adolescents enrolled in the West Bank residential institutions were low, with an average of 47%, and the level of future anxiety was also low, with an average of 51%. The results also showed that there were no statistically significant differences in the averages of the psychological and social problems regarding different characteristics: Gender, reason of deprivation, and age. On the other hand, there were significant differences in the averages of social problems depending on the institution's different types of care in favor of night care institutions. The results also indicated that there were no statistically significant differences in the average of future anxiety according to differences in gender, reason of deprivation, age and type of care in the institution, except for the concern about future failure according to the reason of deprivation and deprivation age, as the differences were in favor of the deprivation of a parent and the deprivation age was 10-12 years. The results showed a positive and relatively strong linear relationship between the dimensions of both psychological and social problems and future anxiety, with the exception of the social problems dimension with anxiety of future failure.
