المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على اتجاهات طلبة جامعة حائل نحو العمل التطوعي، وسبل تفعيله ضمن رؤية (2030)، والكشف عن وجود فروق في تقديرات أفراد عينة الدراسة وفقا لمتغيرات الدراسة، واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي، وطبقت على عينة عشوائية قوامها (1172) طالبا وطالبة، وأظهرت الدراسة النتائج الآتية: أن دوافع ممارسة العمل التطوعي ومجالاته حصلت على تقديرات مرتفعة، أما معوقات ممارسة الطالب للعمل التطوعي فقد جاءت بدرجة متوسطة، كما أوضحت عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (a ≤0,05) فأقل في المتوسطات الحسابية لمستوى معوقات ممارسة الطالب للعمل التطوعي تعزى لمتغير النوع الاجتماعي، كما بينت وجود فروق ظاهرية تعزى لمتغير الكلية والمستوى الدراسي، ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند (a ≤0,05) فأقل تبعا لمتغير تقديم مبادرات في العمل التطوعي، وذلك لصالح من قدم مبادرات في العمل التطوعي، وخرجت الدراسة بمجموعة من التوصيات والمقترحات منها: الأخذ بما طرحه الطلاب من سبل الارتقاء بالعمل التطوعي، كتثقيف وتوعية الطلبة بالعمل التطوعي، وحثهم على المشاركة فيه، وتحفيز الطلاب ماديا ومعنويا بهدف القيام بالعمل التطوعي، ودعم المبادرات التطوعية المقدمة من قبل الطلبة من خلال تبنيها ومتابعتها من قبل إدارة الجامعة ممثلة بوحدة الخطة الاستراتيجية، وتكثيف الدورات التي تتعلق بالعمل التطوعي في الجامعة من قبل متخصصين من خلال عقدها في جميع الكليات، وتفعيل السجل المهاري التطوعي من قبل عمادة شؤون الطلاب، ويكون على شكل وثيقة ترفق بسجل الطالب الأكاديمي عند تخرجه.

The study aimed to identify the attitudes of students of the University of Hail towards volunteering and ways to activate it within the vision of 2030, and to discover the existence of differences in the estimates of the members of the study sample according to the variables of the study, and the study used the descriptive approach and was applied to a random sample of (1172) students, and the study showed the following results: The motives for the practice of volunteer work and its fields obtained high estimates, while the obstacles for the student’s practice of volunteering work came in a medium degree, as she showed that there were no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α =0.05) and less in the mathematical averages of the level of obstacles for the student’s practice of volunteering. The gender variable, as indicated by the presence of apparent differences due to the variable of the college and the academic level, and the presence of statistically significant differences at (α =0.05) and less depending on the variable to provide initiatives in volunteer work, in favor of those who have offered initiatives in volunteer work, and the study came out with a group of Recommendations and proposals, including: Taking the students’ ways of advancing volunteer work as education and awareness of students into volunteer work and urging them to participate in it and motivating students financially and morally with the aim of doing volunteer work, and supporting volunteer initiatives presented by students through adoption and follow-up by the university administration represented The unity of the strategic plan, the intensification of the courses related to volunteering at the university by specialists through holding them in all colleges, and activating the voluntary skill record by the Deanship of Student Affairs and the Deanship of Admission and Registration and is in the form of a document attached to the student’s academic record upon graduation.
