إن مشكلة إدمان المخدرات، لها أبعادها الاجتماعية والاقتصادية والأمنية والدينية والتربوية وغيرها وبالتالي فهي تدخل في نطاق اهتمام معظم أجهزة الدولة ومؤسساتها المختلفة، وقضية الإدمان والمدمنين هي قضية أمن المجتمع بالدرجة الأولى، ولذلك فإننا مطالبون بأسلوب جديد وشامل في مواجهة هذه الظاهرة، فإذا كانت حرب فيجب أن تكون حرب تطهير شعبية أولا، فليست الدولة أو أحد أجهزتها القادرة على مواجهة العدو فقط، لأن العدو من أنفسنا، ولذلك تأتي أهمية المؤسسات الاجتماعية والتربوية في مواجهة هذه الظاهرة وعلاجها. ولذلك سنخصص هذا الموضوع لدراسة دور مؤسسات المجتمعية والتربوية المختلفة في علاج ظاهرة تعاطي المخدرات. وعليه سنقسم هذا الموضوع إلى خمسة عناصر كالآتي: - دور الأسرة في علاج ظاهرة تعاطي المخدرات. - دور المدرسة في علاج ظاهرة تعاطي المخدرات. - دور الجامعة في علاج ظاهرة تعاطي المخدرات. - دور المسجد في علاج ظاهرة تعاطي المخدرات. - دور وسائل الإعلام في علاج ظاهرة تعاطي المخدرات. - دور الأسرة في علاج ظاهرة تعاطي المخدرات والوقاية منها. لقد عني الإسلام ببناء المجتمع الذي أساسه بناء أسرة المسلمة، حيث إن الأسرة هي: المحضن الأساسي الذي يتلقى فيها النشء الفضائل والقيم والآداب في جو من التربية الإسلامية من أب وأم وأولاد.
The problem of drug addiction has its social, economic, security, religious, educational and other dimensions, and thus it falls within the scope of concern of most state agencies and its various institutions, and the issue of addiction and addicts is primarily the issue of community security, and therefore we are required to take a new and comprehensive approach to confront this phenomenon. For it to be a popular cleansing war first, not the state or one of its apparatus capable of confronting the enemy only, because the enemy is one of ourselves, and therefore the importance of social and educational institutions in facing this phenomenon and its treatment. Therefore, we will devote this topic to studying the role of various societal and educational institutions in treating the phenomenon of drug abuse. Accordingly, we will divide this topic into five components as follows: The role of the family in treating the phenomenon of drug abuse. The role of the school in treating the phenomenon of drug abuse. The university’s role in treating the phenomenon of drug abuse. The role of the mosque in treating the phenomenon of drug abuse. The role of the mass media in treating the phenomenon of drug abuse. The role of the family in the treatment and prevention of drug abuse Islam is concerned with building a society that is based on building a Muslim family, since the family is the primary incubator in which young people receive virtues, values and morals in an atmosphere of Islamic education from a father, mother and children.
