المستخلص: الإسلام ينوه تنويها كبيراً بالعقل، ويعلي من مكانته وقيمته، وحث على استعماله. والناظر في آيات القرآن الكريم يجد أنها تناولت موضوع العقل من عدة جوانب، وطرحت له مجموعة من القوانين والنظريات، ليفكر ويتعلم ويستفيد، لذا نجد في كل موضع آيات هادية تحث العقل على التدبر، وترسم له المنهاج الصحيح للعمل والتفكر، وهذا المنهاج واسع ومتفرع تندرج تحته مجموعة من أنواع المنهاج التي تدعمه. فجاءت هذه الدراسة انطلاقا من دراسة لبعض تفاسير علماء الغرب الإسلامي، واستقرائها، لاستنباط بعض أنواع المنهاج المتفرع عن المنهاج العقلي، منها: منهاج الاستدلال، ومنهاج الجدل، ومنهاج الخطاب العقلي. منهاج الاستدلال: منهاج يساعد في إنتاج المعرفة، انطلاقاً من التمييز بين الأدلة السليمة وغير السليمة، وهو منهاج اعتمده إبراهيم -عليه السلام- للبحث عن حقيقة التوحيد، ويتفرع إلى الاستدلال بالتمانع، والاستدلال بوجود الأثر على وجود المؤثر، والاستدلال بالتحدي، والاستدلال بقياس التمثيل، والاستدلال بإظهار مجاراة الخصم في مزاعمه. منهاج الجدل: يعد الجدل فرعاً من المنهاج العقلي الذي يستند إليه الشرع، ليرد على دعاوي المغرضين وأنواع من الافتراءات الباطلة التي يدحضها هذا المنهاج، حيث سيتم تناول هذا المنهاج من خلال قواعد الجدل والمناظرة، مثل: ما يتوجب تركه في الجدال كالتقليد وإتباع الظن وإتباع الهوى، وما يجب الالتزام به في النقاش كالموضوعية والأمانة العلمية والعدل. منهاج الخطاب العقلي: وهو خطاب توجيهي يرشد العبد إلى الطريق المستقيم والعلم الصحيح، فهو يملأ العقل قناعة والقلب طمأنينة، وسيتم تناوله من خلال خطاب يدعو إلى البحث والتفكر، وخطاب تحفيزي، وخطاب الوعيد.

Islam gives great mention to the spirit, elevates its status and value, and encourages its use. Whoever looks at the verses of the Noble Quran finds that they deal with the subject of reason in several aspects and offer a set of laws and theories for him to think, learn and benefit, we find guide verses that push the mind to contemplate, and to draw for this the correct method of action and thought, and this method is broad and branched, under which a group of types of method fall. This study came on the basis of a study of certain interpretations of scholars of the Islamic West, and their extrapolation, to deduce certain types of study programs deriving from the mental method, in particular: inference method, dialectic method and mental discourse method. The inference method: a method which helps to produce knowledge, based on the distinction between solid and unhealthy evidence, and it is a method adopted by Ibrahim - be peace upon him - to seek the truth of monotheism, and it is divided into inference by contemplation, infer the existence of an effect on the presence of the influential, infer by contestation, and infer by measuring the representation and inference by showing the conformity of the opponent in his claims. The dialectic method: Controversy is a branch of the mental method that Sharia is based on, to respond to the claims of malicious people and the types of false slander that this program refutes, as this method will be dealt with through the rules of debate and debate, such as: what should stay in the discussion, such as imitation, following guesswork, and following whims, and what to adhere to in discussion, such as objectivity, scientific honesty, and fairness. Mental discourse method: It is an orientation speech that guides the servant to the right path and correct knowledge, as it fills the mind with conviction and the heart with comfort, and it will be approached through a speech that calls looking and thoughtful, motivational speech and threatening speech.
