In Morocco, as elsewhere, the Covid-19 pandemic has shaken the economic and social world, the measures taken by the government have impacted all sectors, going from confinement to social distancing measures, or the disruption of the majority of economic activities, keeping only the essential sectors in operation, these strict measures imposed on the population a new way of life difficult to manage and requiring a great capacity of adaptation, unfortunately we have witnessed a strong increase in financial crime, criminal organizations were the first to adapt with the new economic and health context by multiplying their illicit activities while taking advantage of the government's focus on managing the sanitary crises. Au Maroc, Comme ailleurs, la pandémie du Covid-19 a bouleversé le monde économique et social, les mesures prises par le gouvernement ont impacté tous les secteurs, allant du confinement aux mesures de distanciation sociale, ou bien encore la rupture de la majorité des activités économiques, en gardant en marche exclusivement les secteurs essentiels, ces mesures drastiques ont imposé à la population un nouveau mode de vie difficile à gérer et nécessitant une grande capacité d’adaptation, malheureusement nous avons assisté à une forte prolifération d’actes de criminalité financière, les organisations criminelles étaient les premiers à s’adapter avec le nouveau contexte économique et sanitaire en multipliant leurs activités illicites tout en profitant de la concentration du gouvernement sur la gestion de la crise sanitaire. |
