عمد البحث المعنون ب "التنظيم القانوني لصورة سند السحب والإشكاليات المترتبة إبانها" إلى تسليط الضوء نحو جانباً نادراً ما يلقى له بالاً من قبل إهتمامات الباحثين، كما ولشح المصادر وقلة النصوص الناظمة لتلك المسألة مساغاً منطقياً لتجنب الباحثين تعمق الاستقراء بتلك المسألة، فتجهت الدراسة إلى تعريف الصورة لسند السحب، في ظل غياب التعريف القانوني لها كما وتبيان ماهية نشأت الصور لسند السحب، كما وعمد الباحث خلال هذه الورقة لتبيان مزايا الصورة لسند السحب والتي يمكن تلخيصها بتحقيقها لمبدأ السرعة في التعاملات التجارية وتحقيق الأمان الإحتياطي من سرقة السند الرسمي أو ضياعه، كما وتم ذكر سلبيات الصوة لسند السحب والتي تكاد أن لا تكون متوفرة إذا ما لم تستخدم الصورة لأغراض الغش كأن يتم نظم أكثر من صورة لأكثر من طرف لذات السند، كما وتطرق الباحث إلى تبيان الأحكام القانونية التي كان قد رتبها المشرع لصورة سند السحب وفقاً لنصوص المواد (211)و(212) من قانون التجارة الأردني رقم (12) لسنة 1966، وما لخص له الباحث بإن لصورة السند الأحكام ذاتها للسند الأصلي، من حماية قانونية وإمكانيتها للتداول أو إستخدامها لأغراض التظهير أو لأغراض الضمان التوكيلي أو التأميني.
Summary of the research entitled "The legal regulation of the image of the support of withdrawal and the problems resulting during it" to highlight towards an aspect rarely taken attention by the interests of researchers, as well as the scarcity of sources and the lack of texts governing that issue logically to avoid the researchers deepening the extrapolation of that issue, the study went to the definition of the image of the withdrawal bond, in the absence of the legal definition of it as indicating what the origins of the images for the withdrawal bond The researcher also explained during this paper to show the advantages of the image of the withdrawal bond, which can be summarized by achieving the principle of speed in commercial transactions and achieving the security of reserve from theft or loss of the official bond, as mentioned the negatives of the voice of the withdrawal bond, which is almost not available if the image is not used for the purposes of fraud, such as the systems of more than one image of the same party to the bond, and also addressed the statement of the legal provisions that the legislator had arranged for the image of the bond in accordance with the texts of articles (21) (and the withdrawal(212) Of the Jordanian Trade Law No. (12) of 1966, and what the researcher summarized to him that the image of the bond has the same provisions for the original bond, of legal protection and its possibility of trading.
