|a تعد المسؤولية المهنية لمستخدمي البنوك من بين الآليات الهامة جدا لمكافحة جرائم الفساد المالي، خاصة بالمؤسسات المالية (البنوك)، التي تكثر فيها فرصة ارتكاب مثل هذه الجرائم، لذلك نظم المشرع هذه الحماية وأحاطها بجملة من الضمانات والآليات (الإجراءات والمؤسسات)، لكفالة توقيع العقاب على المستخدم المرتكب للخطأ التأديبي. وهكذا أصحت المسؤولية المهنية لمستخدمي البنوك، من بين أهم الآليات لمكافحة جرائم الفساد المالي، التي تبقى آلية مهمة بالرغم من بعض أوجه القصور التي تميزها، خاصة في جانبها الإجرائي.

Thus, the professional responsibility of bank employees became one of the most important mechanisms to combat crimes of financial corruption, which remains an important mechanism despite some shortcomings that distinguish it, especially in its procedural aspect.
