المستخلص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة مساهمة التمويل الجماعي في دعم المؤسسات الناشئة ذات الطابع الاجتماعي من خلال دراسة استشرافية بولاية الوادي في دولة الجزائر باعتبارها ولاية تتجه نحو الاستثمار القطاع الصناعي بعد ريادتها في كلى القطاعيين الزراعي والتجاري. أشارت العديد من المساهمات في أدبيات ريادة الأعمال إلى أن عملية ريادة الأعمال غير مكتملة مع إنشاء مشروع جديد بل تمتد إلى قدرة الشركة على جمع الأموال ومرحلة تتبع إنشاء شركة جديدة. تلقي هذه الورقة بعض الضوء على أهمية جوانب ريادة الأعمال وتركز على استشراف هذه المراحل في الولاية محل الدراسة باستكشاف ظاهرة التمويل ودراستها وشرح ريادة الأعمال الاجتماعية من خلال التمويل الجماعي للسياق الجزائري من منظور المؤسسات الناشئة، ولا سيما ولاية الوادي باستخدام استبيان لعينة مكونة من 392 مفردة كعينة عشوائية بسيطة. تظهر النتائج أن لا تشكل المؤسسات الناشئة ذات الطابع الاستثنائي أفضل الأوجه المرغوبة للاستثمار فيها. كما أن هناك العديد من العقبات التي تواجه التم ويل الجماعي في البيئة الجزائرية والتي من أهمها غياب التنظيم، التخوف من الاحتيال، ونقص المعلومات والتوعية هذا النوع من التمويل. تكمن أصالة هذه الدراسة تقديم ودعم وإنتاج التوصيات والتعرف على التدابير المتبعة لتعزيز واعتماد ممارسة التمويل الجماعي لمجال ريادة الأعمال الاجتماعية في إطار المؤسسات الناشئة على المستوى الإقليمي بالوادي وإنتاج معلومات لصالح رواد الأعمال الاجتماعيين من أجل فهم أفضل لممارسة التمويل الجماعي وتطوره وإمكانياته في الجزائر لدعم جهود التنمية الاجتماعية.

This study aims to know the contribution of crowdfunding to support emerging institutions of a social nature through a perceptive study in the wilaya of El-Oued in Algeria, as it is a wilaya that tends towards investment in the industrial sector after its leadership in the agricultural and commercial sectors. Several Many contributions in the entrepreneurship literature suggested that the entrepreneurial process is incomplete with the creation of a new venture, but rather extends to the company’s fundraising capability and the stage of tracking the establishment of a new company. The present paper sheds some light on the importance of entrepreneurial aspects and focuses on exploring these stages in the wilaya of El-Oued under study by discovering and studying the phenomenon of financing and explaining social entrepreneurship through crowdfunding of the Algerian context from the perspective of emerging institutions, especially this wilaya using a questionnaire of a sample consisting of 293 individuals as a random simple. Findings show that exceptional emerging institutions are not the most desirable aspect of investing in them. There are also many obstacles facing crowdfunding in the Algerian environment, the most important of which are the absence of regulation, fear of fraud, and the lack of information and awareness of this type of financing. The originality of this study lies in the presentation of recommendations and support of the measures taken to promote and adopt the practice of crowdfunding in the field of social entrepreneurship within the framework of emerging institutions at the regional level of wilaya of El-Oued, and the information products for the benefit of social entrepreneurs in order to better understand the practice of crowdfunding, its development, and its potential in Algeria to support social development efforts.
