المستخلص: هدف هذا البحث إلى التعرف على اتجاهات مواطني مدينة ربك نحو كفالة الطفل مجهول الأبوين، استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، تكون مجتمع البحث من الأمهات الكافلات للأطفال مجهولي الأبوين بمدينة ربك، والمواطنين القاطنين مدينة ربك، تم اختيار عينة البحث بالطريقة العشوائية البسيطة بلغ حجم العينة (60)، موزعة كالآتي: (30) من الأمهات الكافلات للأطفال، (30) من المواطنين القاطنين مدينة ربك، تم استخدام مقياس الاتجاهات من إعداد الباحثة سناء حسون مشكور.

This research aims to identifying the attitudes towards the bail of unknowing parents children, The research adopts the descriptive correlative method, the community of the research consist of mothers who bail unknown parents’ children and other people in rabak town. the selection of the sample was chosen by Random way, the sample is about (81) person distributed as (21) from mother who bail unknown parents children and )21) from rabak people. The analysis of data has been performed by computer using statistical packages of social sciences program (SPSS). And the results as following: Family attitude toward s bailing un known parents’ children are positive, there are differences in attitudes toward bailing the children of unknown parents’ due to sex variable, due to educational level, due to age variable, and due to economical standard. there are no differences in attitudes toward bailing the children of unknown parents due to social status.
