المستخلص: بينت الدراسة مفهوم الحقوق الاجتماعية للأسرة، مستخدماً فيها المنهج التطبيقي لتحليل البيانات ودراستها، وهدفت الدراسة إلى: التعريف بالحقوق الأسرية الواردة في القرآن الكريم، جمعاً ودراسة وبيان أثرها على الأسرة. بيان ضرورة التمسك بالقرآن الكريم لما فيه من صلاح للفرد والمجتمع. بيان أثر تطبيق حقوق الأسرة الواردة في القرآن الكريم في صلاح الأسرة وسعادتها. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى: عدد من النتائج أهمها الأسرة الصالحة هي حصانة المجتمع من الفساد، الأسرة هي عشيرة الرجل ورهطه الأدنون، إن المتتبع لآيات القرآن الكريم يجد أنها فصلت في نشأة الأسرة، التأكيد على تلك الرابطة المقدسة (الزواج) وتدعيما لها، كما أوصت الدراسة بما يلي: إنشاء مراكز لبحوث الأسرة لنشر الوعي بدور الأسرة ومهامهاً، أهمية التربية عبر وسائط التربية وتربية الأبناء تربية دينية، أهمية تفعيل دور الأسرة في ضبط سلوك أفرادها اجتماعياً، تشجيع المؤسسات والمنظمات الاجتماعية للزواج الفردي والجماعي بما يحقق تحصين الشباب .

The Concept Of Family Social Rights The study overviewed the ways of forming the family and doors of the Holy Quran in relation to the family's attention to the rights of the family, in which the researcher uses the inductive method to analyze and study the data, reviewing the study problem in the knowledge of the family rights mentioned in the Holy Quran. The study aimed at: the definition of family rights contained in the Holy Quran. Collection and study of the rights of the family mentioned in the Holy Quran and its impact on the family. Statement of the need to uphold the Holy Quran for the sake of the individual and society. Statement of the impact of the implementation of the rights of the family contained in the Holy Quran in the family happiness. The study reached a number of results, the most important of which are: The good family is the immunity of the society from corruption, the family is the clan of man and his infidelity, the follower of the verses of the Koran finds that they separated in the origin of the family, emphasizing that sacred bond (marriage) and supporting it, Care of the Koran family that he made the wife independent rights such as care, spending, education and preservation of secrets. The study also recommended the establishment of family research centers to raise awareness of the role and functions of the family, the importance of education through the means of education and the raising of children religious educations the importance of activating the role of the family in controlling the behavior of its members socially.
