This study was distinguished in presenting the forward jobs of the head of the department in the university in the light of the human engineering "Ergonomic", which was planning, organizing, monitoring, communication, attention to organizational climate, cultural construction, communication, administrative decision making, And renewal of educational leadership and motivation and motivation to identify goals and identify and the problem of anxiety disorders at the university student and the ability to solve and supervision and social normalization and support and rhythm distinctive and achieve the identity of the And media management and be a media spokesman and the need to possess the skills of conceptual and psychological, innovative and humanitarian. The study concluded a number of results, including the provision of physical conditions for work, and good design of the work site based on the principles of human engineering helps reduce the risk of anxiety disorder and lead to the treatment of university students and leads to increased productivity and reduce costs and increase health and safety of university students, Integration, is adopted by community leaders. And the material support to take advantage of the strategies proposed by the researcher in the current study and focus on the treatment of anxiety disorder among university students, as it includes the largest segments of society, and the most need for attention and containment, through the implementation of awareness programs and training and permanent and continuing training for heads of departments on human engineering programs and posts, Re-shape the souls, open the horizons of the minds, and transmit the spirit of real citizenship and belonging and activate the role of human engineering, and the dissemination of intellectual awareness of the importance of Functions of forward-looking future for the functions of head of department at the university and his relationship with human engineering and alleviate anxiety in the university student behavior.

هدفت الدراسة إلى تحديد الوظائف الاستشرافية لرؤساء الأقسام كمشرفين مقيمين في الجامعات في ضوء الهندسة البشرية التي تمثل العلم الذي يهتم بتصميم الأدوات والمعدات في بيئة العمل بحيث تتلاءم مع طبيعة الإنسان وحاجياته. وهي إحدى العلوم المتفرعة عن علم النفس الذي هو بمثابة الأم، لتحقيق هدف الدراسة تم مسح الأدب النظري والدراسات السابقة، واتفقت هذه الدراسة مع الدراسات السابقة بضرورة تطوير دور رئيس القسم في الجامعة وتميزت هذه الدراسة في إظهار الوظائف الاستشرافية لرئيس القسم في الجامعة في ضوء الهندسة البشرية "الارغونوميا" تمثلت بالتخطيط والتنظيم والمراقبة والاتصال والاهتمام بالمناخ التنظيمي والبناء الثقافي والاتصال واتخاذ القرارات الإدارية والتقويم والتعامل مع الصراع والابتكار والتجديد والقيادة التعليمية وإثارة الدافعية وتحديد الأهداف وتحديد ومشكلة اضطرابات القلق عند الطالب الجامعي والقدرة على حلها والإشراف والتطبيع الاجتماعي والدعم والإيقاع المميز وتحقيق هوية اعتبارية والوسطية وإدارة القوانين وأن يكون إعلامي متحدث وضرورة امتلاكه لمهارات تصورية ونفسية وابتكارية وإنسانية، وخلصت الدراسة إلى عدد من النتائج أهمها توفير الظروف المادية للعمل، والتصميم الجيد لموقع العمل بالاعتماد على مبادئ الهندسة البشرية يساعد في التقليل من مخاطر اضطراب القلق ويؤدي إلى معالجته عند طلبة الجامعة وإلى زيادة الإنتاجية وتخفيض الكلف وزيادة الصحة والأمان للطلبة الجامعيين، وإعداد استراتيجية وطنية لتعزيز التكامل، يتم تبنيها من قيادات المجتمع، ودعمها ماديا الاستفادة من الاستراتيجيات التي اقترحها الباحثون في الدراسة الحالية والتركيز على معالجة اضطراب القلق عند طلبة الجامعات، كونها تضم أكبر شرائح المجتمع، وأكثرها حاجة للاهتمام والاحتواء، وذلك بتنفيذ برامج توعوية وتدريبية والتدريب الدائم والمستمر لرؤساء الأقسام على برامج الهندسة البشرية والوظائف الاستشرافية، ووجوب الاهتمام ببناء شخصية الطلبة ومعالجة القلق عندهم والعاملين في القسم على أسس علمية؛ تعيد صياغة النفوس، وتفتح آفاق العقول، وتبث فيه روح المواطنة الحقيقية والانتماء وتفعيل دور الهندسة البشرية، ونشر الوعي الفكري لأهمية الوظائف الاستشرافية للوظائف المستقبلية لرئيس القسم في الجامعة وعلاقة عمله بالهندسة البشرية وتخفيف من حدة القلق في سلوك الطالب الجامعي.
