المستخلص: This study aims to identify the reality of the application of knowledge management at the National Documentation Center.in particular The degree of awareness of the employees and directors of the departments in the National Documentation Center for the concept and importance of the application of knowledge management , The reality of the application of knowledge management processes in the National Documentation Center , availability of knowledge management components at the National Documentation Center , Obstacles to knowledge management at the National Documentation Center , The most prominent motives of the application of knowledge management in the National Documentation Center from the perspective of employees and directors of departments and The best strategy for knowledge management in the National Documentation Center. The study was based on the descriptive analytical method. The study concluded that The knowledge management approach is of great importance in the advancement and success of any institution, and the application of knowledge management requires the availability of all the requirements of success of its application of material, human, organizational and technological. What the National Documentation Center possesses are knowledge assets that require the application of knowledge management. The study recommends The need to adopt the National Documentation Center of the policy of knowledge management and work on the application through various programs. Dealing with knowledge management as an administrative approach of the most important modern administrative approaches in our time.

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على واقع تطبيق إدارة المعرفة بدار الوثائق القومية، وبصفة خاصة درجة إدراك الموظفين ومديري الإدارات بدار الوثائق القومية لمفهوم وأهمية تطبيق إدارة المعرفة، وواقع تطبيق عمليات إدارة المعرفة في دار الوثائق القومية، ومدى توافر مقومات إدارة المعرفة بدار الوثائق القومية، ومعوقات إدارة المعرفة بدار الوثائق القومية، وأبرز دوافع تطبيق إدارة المعرفة بدار الوثائق القومية من وجهة نظر الموظفين ومديري الإدارات، والاستراتيجية الأمثل لإدارة المعرفة في دار الوثائق القومية. واعتمدت الدراسة على منهج الوصفي التحليلي. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن منهج إدارة المعرفة له أهمية كبيرة في ارتقاء ونجاح أي مؤسسة، وإن تطبيق إدارة المعرفة يتطلب توافر جميع متطلبات نجاح تطبيقها من مادية وبشرية وتنظيمية وتكنولوجية، وأن ما تمتلكه دار الوثائق القومية من أصول معرفية يتطلب تطبيق إدارة المعرفة بها. وتوصي الدراسة بضرورة تبنى الدار لسياسية إدارة المعرفة والعمل على تطبيقها من خلال البرامج المختلفة. والتعامل مع إدارة المعرفة على أنها منهج إداري من أهم المناهج الإدارية الحديثة في عصرنا الحالي.
