|f The Egyptian state is moving towards developing and implementing a strategy for sustainable development 2030 based on a set of axes, including the cultural axis, which enables the Egyptian person to access the means of acquiring knowledge, which will achieve prosperity and a just life in the country. In this regard, we find that the desired results to be achieved in the partnership sector, according to IFLA, are divided into two main axes: Governments, International NGOs, the private sector and civil society need to team up on financial resources and technology. The second is to obtain accurate data on the implementation and progress of the plan. We find that the value of up-to-date, accurate and timely data has an important impact on individuals and institutions, which need to strengthen the processes of collecting, managing and disseminating data to obtain evidence that supports decision-making. It has the important role played by librarians and the role of data observatories, including the Egyptian Knowledge Bank, which makes data available to all groups of the Egyptian people because it contains many portals, whether for readers, researchers, students and children. We find that one sector includes millions of research and scientific papers in many disciplines, for example, databases are divided into general, specialized, extracts and citations between books, references, university theses, periodical articles, conference works and multimedia. The content analysis approach and how the Egyptian Knowledge Bank is used by the beneficiary will be applied, as well as a study of the reality and planning for the future, which will have an effective impact on achieving sustainable development goals. Thus, it is necessary to study the Egyptian Knowledge Bank for its effective and basic role, which plays the role of many libraries and plays a major role in spreading cultural awareness and data. Study phenomenon: This study focuses on two main aspects, the general and specific sustainable development goals and objectives, the reflection of access to information on achieving these goals, and the analysis of published topics and their integration with the achievement of the five aspects of the goals of the United Nations sustainable development plan. Importance of the study: The importance of the study is the necessity of upgrading the countries, the world and the planet and following the possible ways to provide a decent life in order to achieve the general sustainable development goals and the development goals of the Egyptian state and the role of information delivery represented in libraries and information institutions and the pioneering role of IFLA, which focused on ensuring everyone’s access to information. This is evident through the Egyptian Knowledge Bank, which plays this role alongside the various Egyptian information centers and institutions. Study phenomenon: The Knowledge Bank is an edifice of knowledge open to groups of the Egyptian people, and many citizens are interested in benefiting from it in many fields to serve the educational and research process. Hence, this study focuses on two main aspects: the general and private sustainable development goals and objectives, the reflection of access to information on achieving these goals, and the analysis of the topics published in the Egyptian Knowledge Bank and their integration with the achievement of the five aspects of the goals of the United Nations sustainable development plan. Objectives of the study: The study aims to reach the following: - Determine the extent of integration between global and Egyptian sustainable development. - Determine the place of information in the global and Egyptian sustainable development goals. - Introducing the role of the Egyptian Knowledge Bank in achieving sustainable development goals and objectives. - Analyzing the objective aspects dealt with by the Egyptian Knowledge Bank and the extent of their integration with achieving the goals. Study questions: In light of the previous objectives, the researcher seeks to find clear answers to the following questions: - What is global and Egyptian sustainable development (the extent of integration - similarities - and differences)? - What is the relationship and status of information with the Egyptian and global sustainable development goals? - What is the role of the Egyptian Knowledge Bank in achieving development goals? - What are the substantive aspects addressed by the Egyptian Knowledge Bank that play a role in achieving development goals? Study methodology and data collection tools: The researcher follows the descriptive approach and the documentary research method to identify and extrapolate intellectual production, and then use the analytical research method for global goals and objectives and the extent of their achievement in the Egyptian state, and using the bibliometric approach to know the substantive aspects of the goals and objectives published by the Egyptian Knowledge Bank. Data collection tools: The data was collected through the bibliographic list of sustainable development topics and themes, which the researcher collected through the Egyptian Knowledge Bank. The limits of the study: - Time limits: Intellectual production on sustainable development topics since the beginning of publication until January 2020. Objectivity limits: - The study deals with sustainable development topics, especially the seventeen goals of users.
