المستخلص: تأتي هذه الدراسة لتلقي الضوء على قدرة الخدمات الموجودة بالمدينة على تلبية احتياجات السكان الحاليين والزيادات المتتابعة للسكان في ظل اعتبار منطقة الدراسة من المناطق الجاذبة للسكان، مع ملاحظة مدى التوزيع غير العادل للخدمات الموجودة فعليا بين الأحياء المختلفة للمدينة، وهل تتوزع الخدمات التعليمية والصحية والدينية والمصرفية (محل الدراسة) بشكل متساو بين أحياء المدينة، بالإضافة إلى معرفة مدى تناسب تلك الخدمات من حيث الكم والكفاءة مع السكان وانعكاس ذلك على حالة الرضا عن تلك الخدمات لدى السكان. وتمثلت أهداف الدراسة في معرفة كفاية وكفاءة توزيع الخدمات بمدينة الإسماعيلية محل الدراسة؛ والتعرف على نمط التوزيع الجغرافي للخدمات بالمدينة، وتقييم مستوى كفاءة الخدمات بالمدينة. وتركز الدراسة على تحليل إمكانية الوصول ومستوى كفاءة التوزيع المكاني للخدمات التعليمية والصحية وخدمات البنوك وخدمات البريد وخدمات المساجد وخدمات الكنائس باستخدام نظم المعلومات الجغرافية والاستشعار عن بعد بمدينة الإسماعيلية التي تشهد نموا سكانيا انعكس على تزايد الطلب على الخدمات والضغط عليها، مما كان له انعكاسه على كفايتها وكفاءتها.

The study aims to demonstrate the ability of the existing services in the city to meet the needs of the current population and the successive increases of the population in light of the selection of the study area from the areas that attract the population, noting the extent of the unfair distribution of the services that actually exist between the different neighborhoods of the city, and whether educational, health, religious and banking services are distributed Equally between the neighborhoods of the city, in addition to knowing the extent to which these services are adequate in terms of quantity and efficiency with the population and its reflection on the state of satisfaction with those services among the population. The objectives of the study were to know the adequacy and efficiency of the distribution of services in the city of Ismailia under study. And identifying the pattern of geographical distribution of services in the city, and assessing the level of efficiency of services in the city. The study focuses on analyzing accessibility and the level of efficiency of spatial distribution of educational and health services, banking services, postal services, mosque services, and church services using geographical information systems and remote sensing in the city of Ismailia, which is witnessing a population growth, which was reflected in the increased demand for services and pressure on them, which had a reflection on their efficiency and efficiency.
