المستخلص: The study aimed to identify to the communicative contents for the visual formats in the semeological analysis frame parallel to the text. Therefore, the problem of the study formed in taking apart the visual semantic symbols about development issues in Egypt as one of the important political phenomenon’s on the Egyptian decision maker agenda's, which reflecting on the political practicing ways on the economic magazines study sample, including the Egyptian diplomatic, economic and investment relations and infrastructure developments. The study results emphasizes that the idea of some of the study sample images collects the symbolic images as an indicator to the trend to the digital economy and investment the infrastructure with foreign investments is growing.
