|a تعاني البيئة المصرية من نقص في البيانات المالية التي يتم الإفصاح عنها بالقوائم والتقارير المالية المتعلقة بالشئون البيئية، ويحتاج مراقبو الحسابات إلى التأهيل العلمي والعملي في مجال مراجعة المعلومات المالية البيئية؛ حيث تقل الخبرات والمهارات الفنية المطلوبة للقيام بها، بسبب عدم وجود نظام معلومات بيئي متكامل يساعد على توفير المعلومات البيئية المناسبة وذلك بسبب وجود قصور بالنظام المحاسبي فيما يتعلق بالجانب البيئي وعدم توافر معايير لتقييم الأداء البيئي بالشركات وعدم وجود إطار واضح ومحدد لمراجعة المعلومات المالية البيئية، وأيضا صعوبة القياس الكمي لبعض عناصر التكاليف والعوائد البيئية، لذلك هدف البحث إلى اقتراح إطار لإجراءات مراجعة المعلومات المالية البيئية، لمساعدة مراقبي الحسابات عند القيام بمراجعة المعلومات البيئية في بيئة الأعمال المصرية، وقد تم إجراء دراسة ميدانية من خلال توزيع قائمة استقصاء على عدد 120 مفردة من مراقبي الحسابات. وتوصل البحث إلى عدة نتائج أهمها وضع إطار مقترح لإجراءات مراجعة المعلومات المالية البيئية يمكن استخدامه كدليل إرشادي عند القيام بمراجعة المعلومات المالية البيئية ويلائم البيئة المصرية، وأوصى البحث بضرورة توافر الخبرات والمهارات الفنية والتأهيل العلمي والعملي المستمر لمراقبي الحسابات في مجال مراجعة المعلومات المالية البيئية.

|b The Egyptian environment suffers from a severe shortage in declared financial data in financial indexes and reports, related to environmental affairs; auditors are in need of scientific and practical qualification as they have insufficient technical expertise and skills at financial environmental information auditing; because there is no integrated environmental information system that helps to provide the appropriate environmental information due to a deficiency in accounting system relating to environment, lack of evaluative standards of companies environmental performance, absence of a clear and defined framework for financial environmental auditing, and difficulty of quantitative measurement of some environmental costs and benefits elements. So, the study aims to suggest a framework of the financial environmental information auditing procedures that helps financial auditors to audit the environmental information in Egypt. This can be achieved by using questionnaire that helps researchers to make a field study in Egyptian audit market by using a sample consists of 120 items of financial auditors. The study results considered a framework for financial environmental information auditing procedures that can be a guide for financial environmental auditing application and can be applied in the Egyptian business environment. The study recommends the need of skills, technical expertise, continuous scientific, and practical qualification for the auditors at financial environmental information auditing.
