تحددت مشكلة الدراسة في رصد وتحليل وتفسير أطر معالجة الصحف القومية لخطط إفشال الدولة المصرية، بهدف الكشف عن آليات واستراتيجيات التغطية الصحفية والتي قدمت من خلالها منظومة الصحافة القومية لخطط إفشال الدولة. وتعد هذه الدراسة من الدراسات الوصفية، واستخدم الباحث منهج المسح الإعلامي الشامل وأسلوب المقارنة، واعتمد على أداة تحليل المضمون لجمع المعلومات والبيانات من عينة الدراسة. وتم إجراء الدراسة التحليلية على عينة من الصحف المصرية هي (الأهرام- الأخبار- الجمهورية) خلال الفترة الزمنية من 29 يوليو وحتي نهاية شهر أكتوبر 2017. ومن أهم النتائج التي توصلت إليها الدراسة: -اتفقت نتائج الدراسة مع ما طرحته نظرية الأطر الإعلامية، فقد توصلت نتائج الدراسة التحليلية إلى تعدد الأطر الإعلامية التي قدمت بها صحف الدراسة خطط إفشال الدولة المصرية، وتفوق إطار الفوضى ونشر الشائعات عن باقي الأطر في عرض القضية محل الدراسة، وقد احتل ترتيبه المركز الأول في الصحف الثلاث عينة الدراسة، وهذا يعكس تأثير السياسة التحريرية. -أبرزت صحف الدراسة مجموعة من أطر الحلول والرؤى لمواجهة خطط إفشال الدولة المصرية، وجاء في مقدمتها تشكيل الوعي من مؤامرات إسقاط الدولة، وعلى مستوى المقارنة فيما بين صحف الدراسة الثلاث، جاء إطار "تشكيل الوعي من مؤامرات إسقاط الدولة" في مقدمة أطر الحلول المقترحة بجريدة الجمهورية، بينما كانت أهم أطر الحلول التي تبنتها جريدتي الأهرام والأخبار هي "مواجهة خطط التنظيمات الإرهابية". -كشفت النتائج عن تباين اهتمام الصحف القومية محل الدراسة بالقضايا الفرعية لخطط إفشال الدولة المصرية، حيث اهتمت صحيفة الأخبار في المقام الأول بموضوع "آليات مواجهة خطط إفشال الدولة المصرية"، في حين انصب اهتمام صحيفتي الأهرام والجمهورية بموضوع "نشر الفوضى والشائعات". -جاءت أكثر القوى الفاعلة في خطط إفشال الدولة المصرية "جماعة الإخوان السلمين" هذا وقد احتلت المركز الأول في الصحف الثلاث عينة الدراسة، حيث أظهرت الصحف الدور السلبي لجماعة الإخوان المسلمين كقوي فاعلة لتخطيط وتنفيذ خطط إفشال الدولة المصرية.
This study is a descriptive study. The researcher used the comprehensive surveying method and the comparative technique. He also depended on content analysis instrument for collecting data and information from the participants of study. The analytical study was applied to a sample of the Egyptian newspapers (Al-Ahram- Al-Akhbar - Al-Gomhuria) during the period from 29 July to the end of October 2017. The Results of the study are clarified as Follows: - The results of the study agreed with the theory of media framing. The results of the analytical study revealed the multiple of media frames in which the newspapers used in the study presented the plans of failing the Egyptian state. The chaos frame and dissemination of rumors are more important than the other frames that presented the issue of the study .this reflected the effect the editing policy. - The Newspapers of the study revealed a group of solutions frames and visions to face the plans of failing the Egyptian state. Awareness formation is the first frame for over throwing the state .In comparing between the three newspapers used in the study, Awareness formation from over throwing the state is the first frame from the suggested solutions on Al-Gomhuria newspaper, where the most important solutions frames that used by Al-Ahram and Al-Akhbar are facing the plans of terrorist organizations. -The results revealed the divergent interest of the national newspapers with sub¬issues for failing the plans of the Egyptian state. Al-Akhbar newspaper focused essentially on techniques of facing the plans of failing the Egyptian state, where the interest of Al-Gomhuria and Al-Ahram focused on distributing chaos and rumors. - The most effective forces in the plans of failing the Egyptian state is El-Akhwan Al Muslimin Group, where it ranked the first position in the three newspapers used in the study. it revealed the negative role of El-Akhwan Al Muslimin as effective force to plan and implement the plans of failing the Egyptian state.
