المستخلص: من أجل ضمان الحقوق السياسية للمرأة تطبيقا لمبدأ المساواة بين الرجل والمرأة، المكرس دستوريا والمكفول بموجب الاتفاقيات والمواثيق الدولية، وفي سبيل تجاوز الظروف الاجتماعية والثقافية التي تحول دون تحقيق هذا الهدف، تلجأ الدول غالبا إلى إجراءات وأنظمة استثنائية، ومنها على سبيل المثال نظام الكوتا، والذي يهدف إلى ترقية التمثيل السياسي للمرأة في المجالس المنتخبة، والذي اعتمدته العديد من الدول، ومنها الجزائر.
وسنحاول في هذه الورقة التعرف على المرتكزات الدولية والوطنية لترقية التمثيل السياسي للمرأة في الجزائر، إلى جانب تحليل المواقف المختلفة من نظام الكوتا السياسية النسائية في الجزائر.


In order to guarantee women's political rights in accordance with the principle of equality between men and women, which is constitutionally enshrined and guaranteed by international conventions and covenants, and in order to overcome the social and cultural conditions that prevent the achievement of this goal; countries often resort to exceptional procedures and regulations, such as the quota system, which aims to promote women's political representation in elected councils, which many countries, including Algeria, have adopted.
In this paper, we will try to identify the international and national tenets for the promotion of women's political representation in Algeria and an analysis of the different attitudes towards the women's political quota system in Algeria.

Afin de garantir les droits politiques des femmes conformément au principe de l'égalité entre hommes et femmes consacré par la constitution et garanti par les conventions internationales, et en vue de surmonter les conditions sociales et culturelles qui entravent la réalisation de cet objectif, les États ont souvent recours à des procédures et systèmes exceptionnels, parmi les quels le système de ''Quota'', qui vise à promouvoir la représentation politique des femmes dans les conseils élus, et qui a été adopté par de nombreux pays y compris l'Algérie.
Dans cet article, nous tenterons d'identifier les fondements internationaux et nationaux qui sous-tendent la promotion de la représentation politique des femmes en Algérie, ainsi que l'analyse des différentes attitudes à l'égard du système de quota politique féminin en Algérie.
