المستخلص: على الرغم من كل الجهود التي بذلت إلى حد الآن من حيث تطهير الاقتصاد، إلا أنه لا يزال هناك الكثير مما يتعين القيام به لتأهيل النسيج الاقتصادي بأكمله، مع كل ما يستتبع ذلك من وضع كيفيات تنظيمية فعالة، استمرارا للمشاريع العمومية الكبرى، وتحقيقا لاستثمارات جديدة في مجال الإنتاج، مع إعادة توزيع الأنشطة الصناعية. وبذلك يتم بناء اقتصاد جديد ترتكز أسسه حتما على نظام إنتاجي قوي وناجح. وفي هذا الإطار، فإن الوكالة الوطنية للوساطة والضبط العقاري اتخذت إجراءات هامة استطاعت من خلالها تقديم حلول لإشكالية الحصول على العقار الاقتصادي، تمثلت على وجه التحديد في اقتراح حلول للحد من الضغط الدائم على العقار. وللقيام بوظيفتها المتمثلة في الضبط العقاري بصفة تامة، فقد تم تكليف الوكالة من قبل الحكومة باستحداث فضاءات جديدة مخصصة لاحتضان المشاريع الاستثمارية، وذلك من خلال برنامج طموح لإنجاز مناطق صناعية جديدة.

En dépit des efforts fournis jusqu'à présent dans le domaine de l’assainissement de l’Economie, il reste beaucoup a faire pour développer le tissu économique de façon complète et en suivant les exigences qui s’imposent telles que les modes d’une organisation efficace afin d’assure la continuités des grands projets publics et réaliser de nouveaux investissement dans le domaine de la production avec l’introduction du système de la redistribution des activités industrielles et l’intégration de la créativité avec les technologies dans le processeur industriel et c’est de cette façon que l’instauration dune nouvelle forme d’économie basé sur un système productif fort et efficace. édiation et de conservation foncière en tant qu’outil d’enregistrement du foncier est entre les mains des autorités publiques et ce précisé exactement dans la proposition de solution afin d’atténuer cette pression permanente sur le foncier et pour accomplir sa fonction à savoir la conservation foncière d’une manière totale, Il a été donc procédé à la désignation de l’agence par le gouvernement pour créer des espaces nouvelles consacrées aux projets d’investissements et ce par le bien d’un programme ambitieux pour créer de nouvelles zones industrielles.

Despite all the efforts that have been made so far in terms of purifying the economy, there is still much that needs to be done to rehabilitate the entire economic fabric, with all that entails establishing effective organizational methods, in continuation of major public projects, and achieving new investments in the field of production, with the redistribution of industrial activities. Thus, a new economy will be built, the foundations of which will inevitably rest on a strong and successful production system. In this context, the National Agency for Real Estate Mediation and Control has taken important measures through which it was able to provide solutions to the problem of obtaining economic real estate, specifically proposing solutions to reduce the permanent pressure on real estate. In order to fully carry out its function of real estate control, the agency was assigned by the government to create new spaces dedicated to incubating investment projects through an ambitious program to implement new industrial zones.
