المستخلص: يهدف البحث إلى إبراز أهمية اللغة العربية على غيرها من اللغات الأخرى، أنها لغة الدين الإسلامي، نزل بها القرآن الكريم. وخاطب بها النبي (صل الله عليه وسلم) قومه، وبواسطتها يمكننا فهم الوحي الإلهي قرآنا وسنة، باعتبارهما مصدري المعرفة الإسلامية، وحجتها التشريعية، واستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي ثم الاستقرائي، وتوصل للعديد من النتائج من أهمها: أن عدم معرفة منهج النبي (صل الله عليه وسلم) في التشريع وفهم لغة العرب، عندما قال أو فعل أو أقر هذا الحديث أو ذاك، وذلك حتى لا يشتبه الأمر علينا، وحتى نكون قادرين على التمييز بين ما كان تشريعا وتكليفا عاما، وما كان تشريعا خاصا، وأثر ذلك في تطبيق والتزام الأحكام الشرعية، وبهذا الفهم والتعامل مع السنة نستطيع أن نعالج منهجيات الفهم المتفلت والتأويل الخاطئ لنصوص السنة والذي أدى بدوره إلى التطرف والغلو، وتسبب في سفك دماء المسلمين واستباحة أموالهم.

The research aims to highlight the importance of Arabic over other languages, as it is the language of Islam, in which the Holy Quran is revealed. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) addressed his people in this language. Through it, we can understand the divine revelation, the Qur'an and Sunnah, as the sources of Islamic knowledge and its authoritative legislative source. The researcher used the descriptive, analytical, and then inductive approach and reached many results, the most important of which are: The lack of knowledge of the Prophet's (peace be upon him) approach to legislation and understanding the language of the Arabs, when he said, did, or approved this or that hadith so that we would not suspect the matter, In order for us to be able to distinguish between what was legislation and a general mandate, and what was specific legislation, and the impact of that on the application and adherence to Shari'ah rulings. With this understanding and dealing with the Sunnah, we can address the methodologies of uncontrolled understanding and misinterpretation of the texts of the Sunnah, which in turn led to extremism and radicalism, and caused the shedding of Muslims' blood and the considering their money lawful.
