|b The protection of the public service is one of the objective preventive mechanisms to be taken to prevent and combat administrative corruption, through a set of measures. It maintains the guarantee of conditions and transparency of recruitment procedures as a mechanism to ensure the best employment of the human element. In addition, it is relying on the integrity measures of public officials through the establishment of the Code of Ethics of the Public Employee, and to ensure transparency measures for the conduct of public affairs in various public administrations. Finally, monitor and follow up all the public service officials.

|a تعتبر حماية الوظيفة العامة من الآليات الموضوعية الوقائية التي يتوجب القيام بها في سبيل الوقاية من الفساد الإداري ومكافحته، من خلال مجموعة من التدابير للمحافظة على ضمان شروط وشفافية إجراءات التوظيف كآلية لضمان أحسن توظيف للعنصر البشري، والاعتماد على تدابير نزاهة الموظفين العموميين من خلال إرساء مدونة أخلاقيات الموظف العام، وكذا ضمان تدابير شفافية تسيير الشؤون العمومية في مختلف الإدارات العمومية، وأخيرا مراقبة ومتابعة جميع أعمال الموظفين العموميين.
