المستخلص: تستطلع هذه الورقة البحثية إلى إيضاح أثر ودور تمويل المؤسسات المبتكرة على النمو الاقتصادي في تركيا، من خلال دراسة قياسية مطبقة فيها خلال الفترة 1996-2017، ولتحقيق هذا الهدف اعتمدنا على نموذج ARDL لقياس العلاقة بين المتغيرين. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة بين المؤسسات المبتكرة والنمو الاقتصادي لدولة تركيا على المدى الطويل، من خلال العلاقة بين الإنفاق على البحث والتطوير، ونسبة الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر الوافد، ونسبة الائتمان المقدم للقطاع الخاص كمحددات للابتكار والمؤسسة الابتكارية وهو ما أكدته النظريات الاقتصادية.

This research paper explores to clarify the effect and role of financing innovative institutions, on the economic growth in Turkey. By studying the standards applied in this country during the period 1996-2017. To achieve this goal we used the ARDL model to measure the relationship between the two variables. The study concluded that there is a relationship between the innovative institutions and economic growth in Turkey on the long term. Through the relationship between spending on the research and development, the ratio of foreign direct investment in foreign countries and the percentage of credit provided to the private sector as determinants of innovation and innovative institution, which was confirmed by the economic theories.

Ce document de recherche explore pour clarifier l'effet et le rôle du financement d'institutions innovantes sur la croissance économique en Turquie. En étudiant les normes appliquées dans ce pays pendant la période 1996-2017. Pour atteindre cet objectif, nous avons utilisé le modèle ARDL pour mesurer la relation entre les deux variables. L'étude a conclu qu'il existe une relation entre les institutions innovantes et la croissance économique en Turquie sur le long terme. À travers la relation entre les dépenses de recherche et développement, le ratio des investissements directs étrangers dans les pays étrangers et le pourcentage de crédit accordé au secteur privé en tant que déterminants de l'innovation et des institutions innovantes, ce qui a été confirmé par les théories économiques.
