الذوق الرفيع هو فن التعامل مع الناس بأشكاله المتعددة، النفس المرهفة الجميلة، الموقف الجميل، التصرف الجميل، الحركة الجميلة، اللمسة الجميلة، الكلمة الجميلة، ويظهر في جمال النظام، جمال النظافة، جمال الأناقة، جمال التناسق والانسجام، جمال البيت، جمال في مكان العمل، جمال في الطريق، جمال في الأماكن العامة. ومن الناس من اعتقد خطأ أن الذوق والأدب والخلق الرفيع، والرقي الحضاري، كل هذه قيم غربية خالصة، ولا تكتسب إلا في المدارس الأجنبية، وظن أن ديننا الحنيف عكس ذلك تماما. ورد في سورة النور آية 27 حديث الاستئذان قبل دخول البيوت في قوله تعالى: (يَا أَيُّهَا الّذينَ آمَنُوا لَا تَدْخُلُوا بُيُوتًا غَيْرَ بُيُوتِكُمْ حَتَّى تَسْتَأْنِسُوا وَتُسَلِّمُوا عَلَى أَهْلِهَا ذَلِكُمْ خَيْرٌ لَّكُمْ لَعَلَّكُمْ تَذَكَّرُونَ) يتجلى في هذه الآية مظاهر الذوق والأدب وفن التعامل مع الآخرين في أسمى صوره ومعانيه فكلمة (تستأنسوا) معناها الآن في القرن الواحد والعشرين أن تتصلوا بهم عبر الأنترنت أو هاتفيا وتأخذوا منهم موعدا أي تتأكدوا أنهم مستعدون لاستقبالكم، كلمة جميلة كلها ذوق رفيع، أي تضمن أن هذا الصديق سيأنس بقدومك. وفي ذلك تنمية للذوق الرفيع، وتدريب الأحاسيس الإنسانية على الاتصال بمعاني الجمال المادي والمعنوي تجاه معظم الأمور الحياتية إن الحياة بغير ذوق وجمال مقفرة ومدعاة للملل والسآمة، وإذا وصلنا إلى تحقيق الذوق تتحول حياتنا إلى تذوق كل شيء جميل، وندرك الجمال حين نمارس الذوق في كل شؤون حياتنا، حينها نصل إلى بناء مجتمع مثالي يستجيب للجمال ويحس به ويدركه في شتى صوره. فالعرب كانوا أصحاب ذوق رفيع، وحس مرهف، لذلك صبغوا أشعارهم بصبغة أدبية فخرجت في أجمل صورة، مما غرس في نفوسنا الميل الشديد إلى حب كل تصرف حميد يحمل معاني إنسانية راقية، وذوقا رفيعة، وإحساسا فنيا صادقا، كما تبين لنا أن العربي القديم كان أكثر ذوقا وتأدبا في معاملة الآخرين وهذا ما أكده شعرنا القديم. فالذوق الرفيع يمثل قيمة إنسانية سامية، ومن آداب هذا الذوق اهتمام العربي بالابتسامة وانطلاق الوجه بالبشر والتهلل وهو يقدم العطاء للمحتاج، كما بلغ بهم الذوق أن يطيبوا نيرانهم التي تجلب لهم الأضياف. إن الذوق الرفيع ومكارم الأخلاق نتاج أجيال وأجيال وخلاصة تاريخ أمة صاغها الشعراء في شعرهم قصائد حية نابضة تعبر عن موروثهم الإنساني في ذلك العصر باعتبار أن الشعر يرسم صورة للواقع ومرآة تعكس لنا الحال آنذاك. فالحضارة ليست باستخدام الهاتف المحمول، والدخول على مواقع الأنترنت، وركوب المركبة الفارهة فقط، إنما الحضارة بالأدب والذوق الرفيع والرقي الأخلاقي. وما أحوجنا اليوم لمثل هذه المواضيع نستخلصها من تراثنا العربي الأصيل لنقدمها لأبنائنا زادة ينهلون منه، فقد صور الشعراء لنا مواقف إنسانية راقية نابعة من جوهر التعاليم الإسلامية السمحة، على الرغم من عدم إدراكهم الإسلام وفي ذلك دلالة كبيرة استمدوها من فطرتهم السليمة وذوقهم الرفيع.
A definition of good taste is to master the art in dealing with people of diverse background, in dealing with beautiful and sensitive souls, beautiful stance، beautiful moves, beautiful touch, beautiful words، and beauty is demonstrated in law and order, in cleanliness, in elegance, in coordination and cohesion, at home and workplace, out on the street, and in public places. Some wrongly think having a good taste, high conduct, high morals, and cultural eminence is pure Western values, and can only be obtained in foreign schools، and believed our religion is opposite to all of that. It was reported in the Quran, Verse 27, stipulating the tradition to seek permission before entering one's property, and that reveals the best of good taste, respect and good conduct with others. The very word "استأنس" which means in the 21st century is to make contact via social media or telephone call to agree an appointment, and ensure their readiness to get the reception one deserves with very warm welcome, that in itself good taste meaning the friend you are coming to is happy for such a meeting. In cultivating good taste, and customizing human sensations in appreciating the material and metaphorical meaning of beauty towards all walks of life in general, can only come from the firm belief that life without good taste and beauty can be source of boredom and emptiness. If we reach the wished-for good taste, our lives can become tasteful of everything beautiful in our lives, and can only then build an ideal society those responses to beauty, and feel it. Arabs have had a good taste and fine sensitivity, and their poetry is dyed with literary, that was manifested in the prettiest forms, which ingrained in us leniency to love and behave in the highest human form, good taste, and true creative sensation. As one notices early Arabs had better taste and manners in dealing with other as was evident in the ancient poetry. High taste characterizes a high human value، and part of this taste is the Arab care with smile and showing happy face، and the ease by which they meet people in need. Early Arabs used to send the flames of their fire high up in the skies to lure travelers and guests. This good taste and high meanings are generational product, and the nation's history was shaped by living poems that express this human inheritance in their era which was depicted by their verse that drew fine painting of their times which was a mirror that reflected it. So, civilization is not about high tech gadgets like mobile phones, and browsing the net or driving luxurious car. It is about good taste, honorable behavior and the finest of standards. Certainly there is a dire need nowadays for such practice to draw from our great Arab traditions to equip our children with. Poets in the past gave us great human depiction of tolerant Islamic teachings, despite the fact they lacked Islamic knowledge which is a good evidence of their good taste that can only emanate from their good nature and good taste.
