التحولات في العلاقات الدولية في العالم ما بعد كورونا (كوفيد 19) ستغير وجهة القيادة العالمية وسترسم شكلا جديدا من العولمة حيث أن فيروس كورونا شكل أزمة صحية غير مسبوقة في التاريخ السياسي الحديث، ليضع دول العالم أمام تحديات كبيرة ولها تبعات على العلاقات الدولية، والتي حكمت معظم دول العالم، فالعالم كان مستقرا بعلاقات تنظمها مجموعة من الاتفاقيات والمعاهدات التي حكمت التحالفات والتكتلات، وارسي من خلالها آلية العمل للسياسة الخارجية لكل محور، لتكون الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية سيدة الهيمنة والديكتاتورية التي تحكم دول العالم، فالحليف لها هو التابع، والعدو هو من يطلع لبناء أمجاد بلاده دون تحفظ على الخطوط الحمراء التي كانت تفرضها أمريكا في حكم دول العالم. فجاءت كورونا لتضع أكبر اختبار للعالم، والتي أدخلت الجميع في دوائر الخوف والهلع بل أفقدت البعض القدرة على السيطرة في احتوائها. في هذه اللحظة التي ظهرت فيها أمريكا في موقف دول انتهازية وأنانية، وأوروبا هي أيضا ظهرت أمام هذا الحدث كقوة دولية متراخية غير متماسكة وضعيفة وغير جادة في مواجهة كورونا منذ بدايتها. وفي المقابل، ارتفعت الصين من الناحية الدولية وترقت مواقفها وقدراتها، لتتحول عندها الساحة الأوروبية إلى ساحة المواجهة بينها وبين أمريكا. وبما أن الحقيقة هي أن كل هذه المؤشرات تدل على بدأ تغيير الموقف الدولي، بل إعادة تشكيل المواقف الدولية، وان لم يكن مؤشرا قويا على قرب انهيار المنظومة الدولية. ولكن يظل مؤشرا هاما على التغيير الكبير في طبيعة وشكل العلاقات الدولية بعد كورونا. فما هو واقع العلاقات الدولية في ظل جائحة كورونا؟ وما هو مستقبل العلاقات الدولية ما بعد كورونا؟ هذا ما سنحاول الإجابة عنه في بحثنا هذا، في محورين هامين: المحور الأول يتعلق: واقع العلاقات الدولية في ظل جائحة كورونا. والمحور الثاني: مستقبل العلاقات الدولية ما بعد كورونا. At this moment when America has emerged in the position of opportunistic and selfish states and Europe, it has also emerged before this event as an incoherent, weak and unserious international force in the face of Corona since its inception. On the other hand, China has risen internationally and its positions and capabilities have risen, turning the European arena into a confrontational arena between it and America. Since the fact is that all these indicators indicate that the international that the international position has begun to change, but the restructuring of international positions, although not a strong indication of the imminent collapse of the international system. But it remains an important indicator of the significant change in the nature and form of international relations after Corona. What is the future of post-Corona international relations? This is what we will try to answer in this research, in two important axes: the first relates to the reality of international relations under the Corona pandemic. The second is the future of post-Corona international relations. |
