المستخلص: منذ نهاية السنة الفارطة والعالم يعيش على وقع ظهور فيروس جديد يعرف عموما ب "كورونا"، وعند الخاصة ب "كوفيد 19" ويعني داء الفيروس التاجي. اعتبرته المنظمة العالمية ب "الجائحة" تمييزا له عن الوباء وعن الفاشية. تتميز هذه الجائحة بسرعة انتشار عدواها وقدرتها الفتاكة. وتحت وطأتها، التي لازالت في بدايتها، بادرت كل الدول تقريبا إلى إغلاق حدودها وإعلان حالة الطوارئ الصحية وممارسة الحجر الصحي على مواطنيها. كل ذلك بأفق محاصرة هذا الفيروس والحد من انتشاره ومن ثمة القضاء عليه. تحولت هذه الجائحة إلى مادة إعلامية بامتياز واحتلت الفضاءات السمعية والبصرية لكل سكان العالم. فلا حديث لوسائل التواصل والإعلام المكتوب (الورقي منه والإلكتروني)، والمسموع (الإذاعات) والمرئية (قنوات البث الجوية والأرضية) إلا عن هذه الجائحة، مقتفيه آثارها وتطورها وانعكاساتها على جميع المستويات الاقتصادية، الاجتماعية، النفسية، السياسية، الطبية...) وعرفت طريقها كذلك إلى الأغنية الشعبية والعصرية وبكل اللغات تقريبا. لقد أعادت هذه الجائحة إلى الساحة العلمية والسياسية النقاش حول الفيروسات والقضايا المرتبطة بها من مثل الحروب الجرثومية والبيولوجية والصراعات السياسية المغلفة بأثواب تجارية واقتصادية. وعليه أثير النقاش حول أصل هذا الفيروس وتعددت بذلك المقاربات محاولة الوقوف على أصله ومصدره. الهدف من هذه الدراسة هو تقديم لوحة إجمالية عن ردود أفعال الدول وما أحدثته هذه الجائحة في العالم من اضطراب وتفاوت في مواقف السياسيين والعلماء بشأن كوفيد 19، مستقرئا المقالات والحوارات والاستجوابات التي تناولت هذه الجائحة. فالنقاش في بداية ظهور كوفيد 19 تمحور حول السؤال الآتي: ما هو أصل هذا الفيروس؟ هل من صنع الإنسان؟ وإذا كان كذلك ما غايته من هذا الصنع؟ أم من خلق الله؟ أم نتيجة حتمية لتطور الطبيعة؟ أم أنه منتوج مشترك فيما بين الإنسان والطبيعة؟ كيفما كانت نشأته فلهذا الفيروس مجموعة من التداعيات على أكثر من مستوى. فما هي آثاره وعلى أي مستوى تجلت؟ قسمنا هذا الموضوع إلى مرحلتين: المرحلة الأولى تمحورت حول تعدد مقاربات النشأة وفي المرحلة الثانية حول تداعيات هذه الجائحة. أ. النشأة وتعدد المقاربات: تفرق الباحثون والمحللون حول نشأة هذه الجائحة إلى فرق ميزنا فيها بين: 1-المقاربة التآمرية: التي تعتبر بأن هذه الجائحة منتوج مختبري يحكمه الصراع فيما بين القوتين الاقتصاديتين العالميتين: جمهورية الصين الشعبية والولايات المتحدة الأمريكية. فكل واحدة منهما تتهم الأخرى بكونها هي التي تقف من وراء هذا الفيروس وهي التي صنعته. فالصين تتهم أمريكا بغرض إضعاف اقتصادها وأمريكا تتهم الصين بكونها تريد أن تشوش على الانتخابات الرئاسية المقبلة وإزاحتها عن زعامة العالم الذي تربعت على ريادته منذ الحرب العالمية الثانية. 2-المقاربة الدينية ترى بأن داء الفيروس التاجي جند من جنود الله، سخر العقاب الإنسان لأنه زاغ عن الطريق المستقيم وعن التعاليم الدينية وانغمس فيما لا يرضي الله. لقد اختار الله الصين لأنها من أكثر البلدان إلحادا وعداءا للدين وخصوصا الإسلامي. وإصابتهم بهذا الوباء ليس إلا نصرة لمسلمي الإيغور الذين لم يجدوا من يناصرهم، فتكفل الله بقضيتهم وعاقب الصينيين. 3. المقاربة العلمية: نظرت هذه المقاربة إلى داء الفيروس التاجي باعتباره طفرة في التطور الطبيعي لسلالة عائلة فيروس كورونا الذي عرفته الإنسانية عام 2002 بالصين وعام 2012 بالشرق الأوسط. 4-المقاربة الإيكولوجية: تعتبر هذه المقاربة أن ظهور هذا الفيروس ليس إلا رد فعل من الطبيعة ضد الممارسات العدوانية التي يسلكها الإنسان في علاقته بها. ورد الفعل هذا ليس إلا تذكيرا بالنظام الطبيعي بقواعده. وذلك بالحفاظ على توازنها الذي فقدته تحت ضغط الأفعال التدميرية للحياة العضوية والحيوية من قبل الإنسان. وفي مرحلة ثانية سنتطرق إلى التداعيات والآثار التي خلفتها هذه الجائحة على المستوى النفس -اجتماعي وعلى المستوى الاقتصادي وعلى المستوى السياسي متسائلين في الأخير عن الصورة التي سيكون عليها العالم ما بعد كورونا. الهدف من هذه الدراسة هو تقديم لوحة إجمالية عن ردود أفعال الدول وما أحدثته هذه الجائحة في العالم من اضطراب وتفاوت في مواقف السياسيين والعلماء بشأن كوفيد 19، مستقرئا المقالات والحوارات والاستجوابات التي تناولت هذه الجائحة. فالنقاش في بداية ظهور كوفيد 19 تمحور السؤال الآتي: ما هو أصل هذا الفيروس؟ هل من صنع الإنسان؟ وإذا كان كذلك ما غايته من هذا الصنع؟ أم من خلق الله؟ أم نتيجة حتمية لتطور الطبيعة؟ أم أنه منتوج مشترك فيما بين الإنسان والطبيعة؟ كيفما كانت نشأته فلهذا الفيروس مجموعة من التداعيات على أكثر من مستوى. فما هي آثاره وعلى أي مستوى تجلت؟

Since the end of the last year, the world has been living on the rise of a new virus commonly known as Corona, and at Coved19, which means coronavirus. The World Heat Organization(WHO) considered it a "pandemic" discrimination against the epidemic and fascism. This pandemic is characterized by its infect and destructive power. Under its motherland, which is still in its early years, almost all countries have closed their borders, declared a state of health emergency, and quarantined their citizens. All this could be done by cutting HIV virus, limiting its spread and eliminating it. The pandemic has become a media subject of excellence and has occupied audio and video space for all the world's people. The media, written (paper and electronic), and audio (radio) and television (air and terrestrial), have nothing to say about this pandemic, but its effects, development and repercussions at all economic, social, psychological, political and medical levels. She also learned her way to popular and modern songs in almost all languages. This pandemic has returned back to the scientific and political arena the debate about viruses and related issues, such as germ and biological warfare, and political conflicts with commercial and economic consequences. The aim of this study is to present an overall picture of the reactions of countries and the confusion and disparity that this pandemic has caused in the world in the attitudes of politicians and scholars regarding COVID 19, as well as the articles, dialogs and interrogations that dealt with this pandemic. The debate at the beginning of the emergence of COVID 19 is centered on the following question: What is the origin of this virus? Man-made? If so, what is it? Or who created God? Or is it an inevitable consequence of the evolution of nature? Or is it a product that is common to man and nature? As it grew, the virus has multiple repercussions on more than one level. What are its effects and at what level have you demonstrated? Therefore the virus was discussed, and so many approaches were made to try to identify its origin and source. We divided this subject into two stages: The first was centered on the multiplicity of approaches to the evolution and the second on the consequences of this pandemic. The rise and the multiplicity of approaches: Researchers and analysts are differentiating the origins of this pandemic into a distinction between: 1- The conspiratorial approach: This pandemic is a laboratory product governed by the conflict between the two world economic powers: The People's Republic of China and the United States of America. Both accuse others of being the ones behind the virus and make it. China accuses America of weakening its economy and America accuses China of wanting to muddle the next presidential election and to disavowal it from the leadership of the world, which has been on its leadership since the second World War. 2- The religious approach considers that the disease of the coronavirus is a soldier of God's soldiers, who mocked the punishment of man because he was forged away from the righteous way and from the religious teachings and immersed in what is not satisfactory to God. God chose China because it is one of the most aggressive and hostile countries to religion, especially Islam. You have been hit by this epidemic is only a victory for Uighur Muslims who have not found their supporters, God's guarantee of their cause and punish the Chinese. 3- The scientific approach: This approach has seen coronavirus disease as a breakthrough in the natural development of the Corona virus family dynasty, which humanity defined in 2002 in China and 2012 in the Middle East. 4- The ecological approach: This approach considers that the emergence of HIV is only a reaction of nature against the aggressive practices of man in his relationship with it. This reaction is nothing but a reminder of the natural order and its rules. By maintaining its balance, which it lost under the pressure of the destructive acts of organic and vital life of man. In a second stage, we will address the consequences and effects of this pandemic on the psycho-social, economic and political levels, and in the latter, the question of the shape of the post-Coronist world. What is the origin of this virus? Man-made? If so, what is it? Or who created God? Or is it an inevitable consequence of the evolution of nature? Or is it a product that is common to man and nature? As it grew, the virus has multiple repercussions on more than one level. What are its effects and at what level do you show?
