المستخلص: This research deals with and aims to collect the phases of dropsy (istisqà) in other times than the prayers mentioned in the Prophet’s Sunnah, peace and blessings be upon him, document and study them with an indication of some of the benefits mentioned in their Hadiths, through inductive and analytical method. The research is divided into an introduction, a preamble, four investigations, a conclusion, and indexes. The research included (13) Hadiths explaining the phases of dropsy (istisqà) that the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, mentioned in other times than prayer. It includes three Hadiths in the first phase: which is dropsy (istisqà) in the Friday speech. Six Hadiths in the second phase: which is the dropsy (istisqà) in the mosque in other time than Friday and without prayer. One Hadiths on the third phase: in the dropsy (istisqà) outside the mosque. Three Hadiths in the fourth phase: which is dropsy (istisqà) in traveling. The research shows the degree of these Hadiths, the legitimacy of their chain of narrators, and benefits derived from them. The research recommended working with the various phases passed on by the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, in dropsy (istisqà) for what is in it: revival of the Sunnah, the presence of the heart, and a sense to follow the Prophet’s guidance. Likewise, a Muslim may to invoke Allah for rain, the Exalted, the Majestic, without these characteristics mentioned in his prostration, supplication, and others. In the Hadiths of the phases of dropsy (istisqà) mentioned in the Sunnah other than prayer, anecdotes about the miracles of the Messenger, peace and blessings be upon him, and evidence of his prophet hood, researchers should take care of such issues for what is in it: invocation to believe in the noble Prophet and a statement of his virtues and his rank with Allah.

يتناول هذا البحث ويهدف إلى جمع وجوه الاستسقاء غير الصلاة الواردة في السنة النبوية، وتخريجها ودراستها مع بيان شيء من الفوائد الواردة في أحاديثها، من خلال المنهج الاستقرائي التحليلي النقدي. وقد قسمت البحث إلى مقدمة وتمهيد وأربعة مباحث وخاتمة وفهارس. واشتمل البحث على (١٣) ثلاثة عشر حديثا. في بيان وجوه الاستسقاء الواردة عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم غير الصلاة. منها ثلاثة أحاديث في الوجه الأول: وهو الاستسقاء في خطبة الجمعة. وستة أحاديث في الوجه الثاني: وهو الاستسقاء في المسجد في غير جمعة وفي غير صلاة. وحديث واحد في الوجه الثالث: في الاستسقاء خارج المسجد. وثلاثة أحاديث في الوجه الرابع: وهو الاستسقاء في السفر. وقد بين البحث درجة هذه الأحاديث وحكم أسانيدها، وبعض الفوائد المستنبطة منها. وأوصى البحث بالعمل بالوجوه المتنوعة الواردة عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم في الاستسقاء، لما فيها من إحياء للسنة وحضور للقلب واستشعار لاتباع الهدي النبوي. كما أن للمسلم أن يستسقي الله عز وجل بغير هذه الصفات الواردة في سجوده ودعائه وغيرهما. في أحاديث وجوه الاستسقاء الواردة في السنة غير الصلاة إخبار عن معجزات الرسول صلى الله عليه وسلم ودلائل على نبوته، فعلى الباحثين العناية بمثل هذه المسائل لما فيها من دعوة للإيمان بهذا النبي الكريم وبيان لفضائله ومكانته عند ربه.
