المستخلص: The research aims to highlight the importance of the purposes of Sharia and their impact when dealing with epidemics and infectious diseases. The research consists of an introduction, four sections, and a conclusion. The introduction includes the subject of the research topic, problem, importance, goal, methodology, procedures, plan, and the previous studies. Research Methodology: It is based on the inductive approach for depicting the purposes of Sharia having an impact on epidemics and infectious diseases, and on the applied approach for finding out how to link Juristic judgments to the purposes of Islamic law. The most important results of the research: The purposes are divided into two parts. The first section deals with the general epidemics-related purposes of Sharia. It consists of five elements that include those purposes and their jurisprudential applications in the Corona pandemic (namely, the purposes related to: lifting the embarrassment in Islamic law, preserving the self, avoiding harm, prohibiting harmful pretexts). Some of the measures built on these purposes are: the suspension of visits to mosques at the time of the epidemic, medication, performing Friday prayers at homes, etc. The second section deals with the special epidemics related purposes of Sharia. It covers several elements that include those purposes and their jurisprudential applications in the Corona pandemic (namely, the purposes related to: giving priority to the public interest over the private interest, health preservation, the purpose of hygiene). Some of the jurisprudence rules built on these purposes are those related to: vaccinations for preventive aims, the use of sterilizers containing forbidden materials, quarantine, etc.

يهدف البحث إلى إبراز أهمية مقاصد الشريعة، وأثرها في التعامل مع الأوبئة والأمراض المعدية، ويتكون البحث من مقدمة وأربعة مباحث، وخاتمة. المقدمة وتشتمل على موضوع البحث، ومشكلته، وأهميته، وهدفه، ومنهجه، وإجراءاته، وخطته، والدراسات السابقة. منهج البحث: المنهج الاستقرائي الذي يقوم على تتبع مقاصد الشريعة المؤثرة في الأوبئة والأمراض المعدية، والمنهج التطبيقي الذي يقوم على معرفة كيفية ربط الأحكام الفقهية بمقاصد الشريعة الإسلامية. أهم نتائج البحث: قسمت المقاصد إلى قسمين: مقاصد الشريعة العامة المتعلقة بالأوبئة، ويشتمل على خمسة مطالب، تتضمن تلك المقاصد وتطبيقاتها الفقهية المتعلقة بجائحة كورونا، ومن ضمنها المقاصد المتعلقة برفع الحرج في الشريعة الإسلامية، وبحفظ النفس، بدفع الضرر، وسد الذرائع ومن الفروع المبنية عليها: تعليق ارتياد المساجد وقت الوباء، حكم التداوي، حكم إقامة صلاة الجمعة في البيوت، وغيرها. والقسم الثاني: مقاصد الشريعة الخاصة المتعلقة بالأوبئة، ويشتمل على عدة مطالب، تتضمن تلك المقاصد وتطبيقاتها الفقهية المتعلقة بجائحة كورونا، ومن ضمنها المقاصد المتعلقة بتغليب المصلحة العامة على المصلحة الخاصة، وحفظ الصحة، ومقصد النظافة، ومن الفروع الفقهية المبنية عليها: حكم التطعيمات للوقاية، واستعمالات المعقمات المحتوية على مواد محرمة، والحجر الصحي وغيرها.
