المستخلص: With the whole world affected by the outbreak of the novel (covid-19) virus, it became necessary to meet the needed information in an important issue resulting from the pandemic of the spread of the novel (covid-19) virus, which is the effect of medical preventive measures for epidemics in the Eid prayer, thus achieving The balance between preserving the status of Eid prayer as a ritual and preserving the souls of people, which is one of the five necessities, came this research, which adopted the descriptive and analytical approach and deductive approach. The research concluded that the medical preventive measures for epidemics are legitimate by Sharia, and that it is prescribed to perform Eid prayers at home with the sermon if people are prevented from praying in the Eid prayer places and mosques, and that it is okay to sterilize hands with medical sterilizers before the Eid prayer, and this does not affect the validity of the prayer, and it is permissible to nod with prostration if the worshipers are obliged to perform the Eid prayer on an infested floor, and that there is nothing wrong with leaving gaps between rows, and leaving small gaps between worshippers in the same row if the need arises. Among the recommendations of the research is the need to monitor and study the effects of the corona virus pandemic, and try to benefit from it in a way that serves Islam and Muslims, and intensify legitimate research efforts in connection with epidemics, due to the large number of new issues related to epidemics, and to keep abreast of the latest medical developments related to epidemics, they are constantly changing, and the researcher recommends highlighting the collective diligence in these new issues Through legitimate bodies and conferences.

مع تأثر العالم كله بجائحة انتشار فيروس كورونا covid 19)) المستجد، أصبح من الضروري سد الحاجة المعرفية في نازلة مهمة نتجت عن جائحة انتشار فيروس كورونا covid 19)) المستجد، وهي أثر التدابير الوقائية الطبية عن الأوبئة في صلاة العيدين، بما يحقق الموازنة بين الحفاظ على مكانة صلاة العيد كشعيرة من الشعائر والمحافظة على أرواح الناس، والتي تعتبر من الضروريات الخمس، فجاء هذا البحث الذي انتهج المنهج الوصفي التحليلي والمنهج الاستنباطي. وقد خلص البحث إلى أن التدابير الوقائية الطبية عن الأوبئة مشروعة مأمور بها في الشريعة، وأنه يشرع إقامة صلاة العيد في البيوت مع الخطبة حال منع الناس من الصلاة في المصليات والمساجد، وأنه لا بأس بتعقيم اليدين بالمعقمات الطبية قبل صلاة العيد، ولا يؤثر ذلك في صحة الصلاة، وجواز الإيماء بالسجود إذا اضطر المصلون أن يؤدوا صلاة العيد في أرضية موبوءة، وأنه لا حرج في تباعد الصفوف بعضها عن بعض، وعدم تحقيق تراص المصلين في الصف، حيث يكون هناك مسافة يسيرة بين المصلين إذا اقتضت الحاجة ذلك. ومن توصيات البحث ضرورة رصد ودراسة آثار جائحة كورونا، ومحاولة الاستفادة منها بما يخدم الإسلام والمسلمين، وتكثيف الجهود البحثية الشرعية فيما يتعلق بالأوبئة، لكثرة النوازل فيها، ومواكبة آخر التطورات الطبية المتعلقة بجوائح الأوبئة، فإنها متغيرة باستمرار، ويوصي الباحث بإبراز الاجتهاد الجماعي في هذه النوازل من خلال الهيئات الشرعية والمؤتمرات.
