Information and communication technologies (ICT) have spread to all areas of human activity, ranging from administrative and public activities, to health care and information, to transport, to the protection of the environment. and the management of natural resources. We are witnessing the birth of new working methods that considerably transform the ways in which people work, which in turn leads to changes both at the level of organizations and hence at the level of the whole of society. society. IT has become part of the healthcare system that has seen the emergence and development of many applications with ICT. Experiences around the world are multiplying and theoretical debates are developing. It is in this perspective that we will focus in this article to answer the following question: what are the contributions of the integration of ICTs in the field of health in the light of the logic of integration of the latter in this area? Les technologies de l’information et de la communication (TIC) ont investi tous les domaines d’activité de l’homme allant des activités administratives et publiques, aux soins de santé et informations sanitaires, au transport, à la protection de l’environnement et la gestion des ressources naturelles.. On assiste donc à la naissance de nouvelles modalités de travail transformant considérablement les modes d’activités professionnelles des individus qui induisent à leur tour des changements que ce soit au niveau des organisations et partant au niveau de toute la société. L’informatique s’est introduite dans le système de soins qui a vu naître et se développer de nombreuses applications avec les TIC. Les expériences à travers le monde se multiplient et des débats théoriques se développent. C est dans cette perspective que notre propos s’attachera dans cet article à répondre à la question suivante: quels sont les apports de l’intégration des TIC au domaine de la santé à la lumière des logiques d’intégration de ces dernières dans ce domaine? |
