|b The basic idea that the research deals with is to find a minimum agreement between the interpreters and the sciences of the Qur'an for the most frequently used terms. These are the terms: the arbitrator, the similar and the responsible, discussing their definitions of these terms and trying to find a common denominator among them. The research relied on the analytical inductive method, and reached a number of results, the most important: •The arbitrator has two launches: one in exchange for the oppressed, and the other in exchange for similarity, and the similarity of two types: a real does not know his truth except God, and a relative suspected of some people, and knows only those firmly established in science. •The scholars differed between the question of "including the Qur'an and what is meaningless" and the question of "including the Qur'an on what does not understand its meaning". •Between interpretation and interpretation in general and in particular, each explanation interpretation is not the other way around.

|a تركز الفكرة الأساسية التي يعالجها البحث حول إيجاد حد أدنى للاتفاق بين المشتغلين بالتفسير وعلوم القرآن لمصطلحات متداولة بينهم بكثرة؛ وهي ألفاظ: المحكم والمتشابه والمؤول، ومناقشة تعريفاتهم لهذه المصطلحات ومحاولة الخروج بقاسم مشترك بينهم. وقد اعتمد البحث المنهج الاستقرائي التحليلي، وتوصل إلى عدد من النتائج؛ أهمها: -المحكم له إطلاقان: أحدهما في مقابل المنسوخ، والآخر في مقابل المتشابه كما أن المتشابه نوعان: حقيقي لا يعلم حقيقته إلا الله تعالى، وإضافي نسبي يشتبه على بعض الناس، ولا يعلمه إلا الراسخون في العلم. -فرق العلماء بين مسألة (اشتمال القرآن على ما لا معنى له)، ومسألة (اشتمال القرآن على مالا يفهم معناه .( -بين التفسير والتأويل عموم وخصوص، فكل تفسير تأويل لا العكس.
