هدفت هذه الدراسة إلي الاستفادة من الواقع الافتراضي لتحقيق النمو المهني لتحقيق النمو المهني لمعلم التربية الموسيقية بالتدريب علي استخدام شبكات المعلومات في تدريس التربية الموسيقية للمرحلة الإعدادية لتطوير أداء معلم التربية الموسيقية والوصول إلي بعض التوصيات لتفعيل دور الواقع الافتراضي في مراحل تدريب معلم التربية الموسيقية قبل وأثناء الخدمة، وتم إعداد وضبط أدوات الدراسة التي تضمنت بطاقة ملاحظة معلم التربية الموسيقية (ملاحظة المعلم لنفسه، ملاحظة معلم لمعلم آخر، ملاحظة الباحثة مع باحث آخر) واختبار تلاميذ الصف الأول للمرحلة الإعدادية لمادة التربية الموسيقية (إلكترونيا) وبطاقة ملاحظة تلاميذ الصف الأول الإعدادي فيما لا يتم إلكترونياً لطبيعة مادة التربية الموسيقية. وأظهرت النتائج أن استخدام الواقع الافتراضي أسهم في تحقيق النمو المهني لمعلم التربية الموسيقية مما أثر إيجابياً على أداء تلاميذهم، وفي ضوء النتائج كانت أهم التوصيات الاهتمام بالخبرة التدريسية المتعلقة بالتمكن من التدريس، لا بعدد السنوات التي أمضاها المعلم في مهنة التدريس، حيث وجود عوامل أكثر تأثيراً على الأداء المهني المتميز لدى المعلم من عدد السنوات التي يزاول فيها مهنته.
