المستخلص: Issues relating to minorities are of great interest at the international level, as different nations seek to highlight their cultural asset on the subject of dealing with different minorities, given the importance attached to them by international organizations. At the level of jurisprudence writing, various texts emerge that help researchers to highlight the march of Islamic civilization in dealing with minorities. The book Al-M'aiyar Al-Mu'arrab by has Ahmed El Ouanchresi is one of the most important models that can provide us with important material regarding minorities and their status within the Maghreb society.

Les questions relatives aux minorités présentent un grand intérêt au niveau international, les différentes nations cherchant à mettre en valeur leur patrimoine culturel en matière de relations avec différentes minorités, compte tenu de l’importance que les organisations internationales leur attachent. Minorités, et le livre Al –Miyar d'al Wancharissi est l'un des modèles les plus importants qui peuvent nous fournir un matériau important sur les minorités et les intégrer dans la communauté maghrébine.

تشكل القضايا المرتبطة بالأقليات اهتماما بالغا على المستوى الدولي حيث تسعى مختلف الأمم إلى إبراز رصيدها الثقافي المتعلق بموضوع التعامل مع مختلف الأقليات، في ظل الأهمية التي توليها المنظمات الدولية لها، وعلى مستوى التأليف الفقهي تبرز نصوص مختلفة تساعد الباحثين لإبراز مسيرة الحضارة الإسلامية في التعامل مع الأقليات، ويعد كتاب المعيار المعرب لأحمد الونشريسي من أهم النماذج التي يمكنها أن تقدم لنا مادة مهمة بخصوص الأقليات ووضعها داخل المجتمع في بلاد المغرب.
