المستخلص: يعد المعلم / المعلمة من الأشخاص المؤثرة التي تلعب دورا كبيرا في تكوين شخصية الأطفال وخاصة في المراحل الأولى حيث يخرج الطفل / الطفلة من نطاق الأسرة إلى المجتمع، ويبدأ المعلم في تطوير ذاتية الأطفال. ولكن يجب الإشارة إلى أن المعلم المؤثر يتحلى بمجموعة صفات تميزه عن غيره، ولديه من الكفاءات والمهارات التي تتيح له الفرصة ليؤثر بشكل إيجابي على الأطفال أثناء تعلمهم بالمدرسة. وتعد الصورة الذاتية للطفلة من المحددات المهمة لتكوينها من الصغر حتى تكبر في مناخ جيد يؤهلها لأن تكون فتاة ناجحة في المستقبل ولها تأثير واضح في المجتمع وناجحة في أداء مهنتها. كما أن الصورة الذاتية للطفلة يجب أن تتحول من الصورة الذاتية الثابتة إلى الصورة الذاتية المتحركة بحيث تظهر قدرات الفتاة ومهاراتها إلى جانب وعيها بذاتها وبإمكانياتها. وتهدف الدراسة لتحديد معايير المعلم لرسم الصورة الذاتية وتوجيه الأطفال إلى النجاح في المستقبل.
المنهج: تتبع الدراسة منهج البحث الوصفي من حيث دراسة العلاقة بين تأثير المعلم ورسم الصورة الذاتية للطفلة، ومكونات تأهيل المعلم التي تؤدى إلى قدرته على التأثير في رسم الصورة الذاتية الإيجابية للطفلة التي تساعد في نجاحها واختيارها لمهنة المستقبل وتحقيق نمو مجتمعي.
النتائج: ومن خلال التعرف على نموذج تجربة لمدارس ولاية بريمن بألمانيا تم استخلاص معايير المعلم لرسم الصورة الذاتية للطفلة والتي يمكن تطبيقها داخل الفصل، والتي تساعد في رسم مستقبلها وفي النجاح وفي التوجه خطوة بخطوة نحو مهنة المستقبل أو نحو دور إيجابي في المجتمع.


Das Selbstbild entwickelt sich von Anfang an, jeder soll selber kennen. Das geschieht von Anfang und beginnt in der Familie. Die Eltern gestalten das Selbstbild ihrer Kinder. Nicht nur die Eltern, die diese Aufgabe aufnehmen, sondern auch die Lehrer in der Schule. Die Lehrperson spielt eine wichtige Rolle bei der Gestaltung des Selbstbildes. Das Selbstbild kann sehr viele Erfahrungen, Gefühle, Bedürfnisse, Erfolge wie auch Misserfolge integrieren. Wenn die Kinder insbesondere die Mädchen ein positives Selbstbild haben, können sie eine positive Vorstellung für ihr leben aufbilden, und im Lauf der Zeit können sie eine erfolgreiche Zukunft haben. Dieser Beitrag zielt darauf hin, einige Kriterien für Gestaltung und Entwicklung eines positiven Selbstbildes bestimmen, damit die Lehrperson diesen Kriterien im Unterricht oder in der Schule folgen können.
Die Arbeit untersucht die Auswirkung der Lehrperson auf die Entwicklung eines positiven Selbstbildes von Mädchen im Lichte einer Erfahrung der Schule in Bremen bzw. in Deutschland. Diese Beziehung erfordert die Antwort auf folgende Fragen; Welche Kompetenzen, Eigenschaften und Erfahrungen des Lehrers tragen zum positiven Selbstbild bei, und Welche Lehrer Schüler-Verhältnisse sind dominiert.
Am Ende habe ich einige Kriterien für Lehrperson entwickelt. Anhand dieser Kriterien kann die Lehrperson durch zielbewusstes Handeln aufbauend auf ihre Schüler einwirken, ihr das Selbstbild entwickeln, und zu einer richtigen Entscheidung über zukünftige Berufe kommen.


The teacher (male and female) is one of the influential people who play a big role in the formation of children's personalities, especially in the early stages, where the child/girl comes out of the family to the community, and the teacher begins to develop the children's personality. However, it should be noted that the influential teacher has a set of qualities that distinguish him from others and has the competencies and skills that give him the opportunity to positively affect children as they learn at school. The self-image of the girl child is an important determinant of her composition from a her young age until she grows up in a good climate that qualifies her to be a successful girl in the future, has a clear influence in society, and is successful in performing her profession. The girl's self-image should also be transformed from a fixed self-image to a moving self-image so that the girl's abilities and skills are shown along with her self-awareness and potential. The study aims to determine the teacher's criteria for drawing a self-image and guide children to future success.
Methodology: The study follows the descriptive research method in terms of studying the relationship between the teacher's influence and drawing the self-image of the girl child and the components of the teacher's training that lead to his ability to influence the drawing of a positive self-image of the girl child that helps her success, choosing her future career, and achieving societal growth.
Findings: By learning about an experimental model of Bremen schools in Germany, the teacher's criteria for drawing the self-image of the girl child that can be applied within the classroom were extracted which help to shape her future, succeed, and move step by step towards the future career or towards a positive role in society.
