هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة أثر تطبيق مختلف مبادئ تسيير الجودة الشاملة على الأداء العام للمؤسسات الاقتصادية بصفة عامة ومؤسسات الصناعات الغذائية الجزائرية بصفة خاصة، ومن أجل تحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم تصميم استمارة استبيان تضمنت 30 فقرة، وذلك لغرض تجميع البيانات الأولية من عينة الدراسة المقدرة ب 88 مؤسسة تنشط في قطاع الصناعات الغذائية، وعلى ضوء المعطيات المحصلة تم القيام بتحليل البيانات واختبار الفرضيات بالاعتماد على برنامج (SPSS). وبعد إجراء عملية التحليل لبيانات الدراسة توصل الباحث إلى عدد من النتائج كان أهمها: _ وجود اهتمام بتطبيق مبادئ تسيير الجودة الشاملة من طرف مسيري مؤسسات الصناعات الغذائية المبحوثة عند مستوى دلالة (α=0.05). _ وجود تحسن في الأداء العام لمؤسسات الصناعات الغذائية المبحوثة في ظل تسيير الجودة الشاملة عند مسترى دلالة (α=0.05). L’objectif de cette étude est de déterminer l'impact de l'application de divers principes de management de la qualité totale sur la performance globale des entreprises économiques d’une manière générale et les entreprises de l'industrie agroalimentaire en particulier. Afin de réaliser les objectifs de l'étude, le chercheur a mené un questionnaire qui comprend 30 paragraphes pour recueillir les données brutes de l'échantillon en question estimé à 88 entreprises qui sont actives dans le domaine de l'industrie alimentaire. Tout cela s’effectue à la lumière des données recueillies, les hypothèses d'analyse et les tests de données basées sur le Programme (SPSS). Après l’analyse de données de cette étude, le chercheur a abouti aux résultats suivants. _ L’existence d’un intérêt statistiquement significatif suite à l'application des Principes de gestion de la qualité totale par les entreprises de l’industrie agro-alimentaire interrogées au niveau de signification (α-0.05). _ L’existence d’une amélioration statistiquement significative de la performance globale des entreprises de l'industrie alimentaire interrogées dans le cadre de la gestion de la qualité totale au niveau de signification (α-0.05). This study aimed to know the impact of the application of the various principles of total quality management on the general performance of economic institutions in general and Algerian food industries institutions in particular. In order to achieve the objectives of the study, a questionnaire was designed that included 30 clauses. This is for the purpose of collecting primary data from the study sample estimated at 88 institutions active in the food industry sector. In light of the collected information, data analysis and hypothesis testing were carried out using the SPSS program. After conducting the analysis of the study data, the researcher reached a number of results, the most important of which were: There is an interest in applying the principles of total quality management on the part of the managers of the institutions from the studied food industries at the level of significance (a-0.05). There is an improvement in the general performance of the food industry institutions that were studied under the management of total quality at the level of significance (a-0.05).
