520 |a جاءت هذه الدراسة لتسلط الضوء على واقع التكامل الاقتصادي المغاربي من خلال حدود ما تم إنجازه في ظل الإمكانيات والموارد المتاحة والتي بقدر توافرها ستدعم التكامل الاقتصادي في المنطقة وتخفف من العقبات التي تحول دون قيامه، ثم تستعرض الدراسة التكلفة الاقتصادية لعدم إنجاز تكامل اقتصادي مغاربي. وقد خلصت إلى أنه على الرغم من الإمكانيات المتوفرة إلا أن حصيلة 27 عاما من الإنجازات تبقى ضئيلة وبعيدة جدا عن طموحات شعوب المنطقة، وتتمثل تكلفة اللامغرب في ضياع 3 نقاط كمعدل إضافي من الناتج الداخلي الإجمالي سنويا. 
520 |d L’objet de cette étude consiste à mettre en lumière la réalité de l'intégration économique maghrébine par rapport à ce qui a été accompli au moyen du potentiel et des ressources disponibles qui permettront l'intégration économique dans la région et réduiront les obstacles qui empêchent la réalisation de ce grand édifice. L'étude examine également le coût économique du non achèvement de l'intégration économique maghrébine. L’étude affirme finalement que malgré les possibilités disponibles, le résultat de 27 ans de réalisations reste insuffisant et très loin des ambitions des peuples de la région en plus, la non- construction de cette union a engendré une perte de 3 points en taux supplémentaires du PIB par an. 
520 |f This study came to shed light on the reality of economic integration in Maghreb countries through the limits of what has been accomplished in light of the available capabilities and resources, which, to the extent of their availability, will support economic integration in the region and reduce the obstacles that prevent it. After that the study reviews the economic cost if economic integration of Maghreb countries is not achieved. The study concluded that, despite the available capabilities, the outcome of 27 years of achievements remains small and far from the aspirations of the peoples of the region, and the economic cost is the loss of 3 points as an additional rate of gross domestic product annually.
