|a تشكل ظاهرة التنظيم القبلي التي تميز بها المجتمع العربي القديم محورا لهذه الدراسة التي أعالج فيها نظام القبيلة العربي قبل الإسلام، أسسه، مكوناته، أعرافه وقوانينه، ودوره في تطور النظام السياسي العربي القديم، من القبيلة التي شكلت أساس الوحدة السياسية والاجتماعية والعسكرية والدينية، وتطوره إلى الإمارة فالمملكة فالدولة، بتشريعاتها، وتنظيماتها وهياكلها، ومؤسساتها الاقتصادية، وهياكلها العسكرية، وبالتالي ظلت القبيلة مهيمنة على الواقع السياسي والاجتماعي العربي القديم، ولازالت الفاعل الحقيقي في الكثير من قضايا الأمة المصيرية، وذلك بحكم الموروث الحضاري والفكري والاجتماعي الراسخ في الضمير العربي منذ القديم.

|b The present study attempts to investigate the tribal organization form that characterized the ancient Arab society. In this sense, this work deals with the system of the Arab tribe before Islam, its foundation , its components, its customs, laws, and its role in the development of the old Arab political system from the tribe. The latter formed the basis of political, social and military unity. In addition, this article depicts the tribe development to the emirate, the kingdom, the state with its legislation, its organizations, arrangements, economic institutions, and its military structures. Thus, the tribe remained dominant in the old Arab political and social reality. Moreover, it remains the real actor in many crucial issues of the nation in terms of cultural, intellectual and social heritageen trenched in the Arab collective conscience since ancient times.
