|a تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تفكيك العلاقة الجدلية بين إشكالية تحقيق الأمن الغذائي، وطبيعة الرهانات الاقتصادية التي تواجه النظام السياسي الجزائري، الذي يعتمد كلية على الاقتصاد الريعي. كما تركز على تقييم وتحليل أهم السياسات المتبعة في سبيل تحقيق الأمن الغذائي وفقا لمؤشرات الأمن الغذائي. وأخيرا تسعى هذه الدراسة إلى وضع استراتيجيات مبينة على دراسات علمية وعلى تقارير دولية ووطنية من أجل النهوض بمستوى الغذاء في الجزائر.

|b This study aims to dismantle the dialectical relationship between the problem of achieving food security, and the nature of the economic stakes facing the Algerian political system, which depends entirely on the rentier economy. It also focuses on assessing and analyzing the most important policies adopted for achieving food security according to food security indicators. Finally, this study seeks to develop strategies based on scientific studies and international and national reports in order to improve the level of food in Algeria
